As someone who was an addict for 11 years, it makes me glad that I never had the money to do all the drugs and alcohol I wanted. Too many times you hear about people with big money who never get better because they have so many resources and all the money in the world to continue doing their vice in large quantities, something I could never personally do. I was scraping daily. For me, being broke because of my addiction was one of the huge factors that made me need to get better, obviously my health was the main factor. I just couldn't afford living like that forever. I feel that if I had all the drugs and money I wanted, I would have probably died young too. He was a creep, but it's still unfortunate that he died young and never got the psychological help he needed.
honestly, it's a shame this is one of your worst videos, as i admire you as a content creator and was closely following the twomad situation even in the weeks before his death. it's clear that there was more research and conclusive evidence needed that you didn't bother including in this video-- i'm honestly shocked that you seemed to take a more empathetic route towards his actions considering he threatened to kill himself and take multiple people with him on more than one occasion. mental illness or not, he should NOT be defended.
You need to fix your audio and editing mishaps. Its clear you should've looked it over before you posted it. I'm personally not bothered by it as much but the jump cuts are weird. It seems most people are not pleased with your audio mixing.

I feel like I have to say this, someone can consent at one point and not consent at another point. Because the event she described as SA involved her being intoxicated, per the screenshot you showed at the time discussing it ( 36:33 ). I know that this event isn't in legal records but because these events happened at different times, claiming they're contradictory isn't fair, especially knowing that being under the influence was part of the SA event. That's a massive factor in what could have made her not ok with that situation (if it is true). To make it clear: I'm not saying to blindly believe that it happened, but simultaneously it is wrong to claim it's less possible because she consented at one point and not the other, even if the consenting came after the alleged SA event.
It does make me a little sick that people are treating her giving consent once as meaning she always consented to it. It’s just gross. I don’t know the truth of what happened but her saying once “yeah I consent” doesn’t make the assault suddenly impossible

There's a couple things I should clear up here. Despite what the 13 year old had said, Twomad did prey on her as evident in a tweet he posted on December 13, 2023 at 8:46 AM PST. I think the reason why she wasn't listed in the court docs and the Google doc is because it was confidential evidence, and Twomad confirmed she was in the court docs on a tweet posted on January 26, 2024 at 5:11 AM PST. As for Twitchcon, James did go there but it was BEFORE he knew Twomad was coming after him. He told fans not to post pictures of him until a week later as to not expose his location. After rumors spread around that Twomad was coming there for him, James was urged to talk to the police where they confirmed Twomad was enroute to his location. There's much more information covered in the Google doc about this situation, including witnesses who confirmed this happened, that was not covered in this video and I urge everyone to read more into what happened than to take any videos covering this topic at face value. I also recommend not using Henry Resilient as a source because he has twisted up everything in the court docs to line up with his narrative. He even doctored the court transcripts to only show certain sections to persuade his audience.

I just want people to stop celebrating Twomad’s death. Regardless of how you feel about him (he was clearly a not so great person at best), this is a tragedy.
