Amazing video ma'am, this information was very much needed. Ma'am I am new to brewing and your content inspires me alot. Your by far the best channel for homebrewing in my opinion. But since I am new to wine and beer making, I often times get confused about cleaning & sanitization. I have bought almost all the needed equipments I need for homebrewing, but I always have questions regarding cleaning and sanitization. My biggest concern is about water quality that is required for cleaning equipments. I have seen you many times saying that water needs to be boiled or chlorine free, but I am still not sure about how to purify, store, and use normal water for cleaning. Now, as you very well know that while brewing there are so many things that needs to be cleaned and sterilized, so which makes it obvious that alot of water will be required for that purpose, so how can someone utilise normal tap water for cleaning. I believe that you personally boil and store water in your glass water container and use it for cleaning purpose, but for how long (how many days) do you keep that purified water in the container for usage. I would appreciate if you would please clarify on this issue. I am really enjoying your videos and your videos really inspire to me take this hobby, so having knowledge on how to use normal tap water for cleaning and sterilizing is certainly very crucial. Thank you very much ma'am once again. 🍻🍻 Cheers and Happy Brewing.
I addition to this, I also have uncertainty about the procedure for bottling wine and beer. Some of the question I have are listed below: - what TYPE of bottle you use for bottling your homemade wine, and for beer. Since, wine needs to be aged, so I am sure that wine bottling method should be different from that of beer bottling. - and do you prefer screw cap bottles or plastic lid cap bottles for bottling wine? And are they airtight?? Also, can plastic bottles be used to bottle wine and beer? If not then, how can someone perfectly age a homemade wine by following the correct method of bottling. - also for how long can a homemade beer be kept in bottles after making? For how long does it stay drinkable? - i also have a question regarding the plastic screw type lid fermenter jars and bottles in which wine is made and kept after making. Do you think that screw lid bottles or fermenters are airtight in nature, or if they are fine to use for the so called purpose? Please answer these questions as well if you get the time. Thanks again ma'am. You've really helped your viewers alot from your videos 💕🍻
