    Excellent part 2 , Sir . May I ask, what type of oil do you use to Lubricate your HO slot cars. TYIA -JC

      I use some old Parma stuff from the local hobby shop but viper makes a really nice oil. Sewing machine oil also works fairly well also.

    Thank you for the series, that tire trick to hold the traction magnets in place is a gem! Do you ever play with spacers on the drive shaft to limit fire and aft play, or to center the commutator on the brushes?

      Thanks. I personally never have don’t the spacers but I know guys that do and don’t see much difference in their cars compared to mine.
