The Jetta is a good car. I bought the 2019 S trim with manual, and then the 2024 S trim with manual. Too bad there's no more manual with the 1.4 / 1.5T engine. That engine / manual transmission combo is really efficient.
Great review. We’ve got the outgoing version of this trim with a manual. It’s a hoot to drive, bummed that VW took away that option. The monster mats are a must and fairly priced option. Only this spec and the GLI would be the trims I’d consider in the future, the other ones are fillers that don’t make much sense in terms of bang for the buck. Nice extras thrown in by your dealership, I must say.

There is a manual 1.4/1.5t but the earlier version only they cut it out because nobody is buying them off course.
