I use Pierre ferrand orange curaçao and Berry bros No 3 London dry gin ... it really gives a depth of flavour that Cointreau and standard a London dry gin just doesn’t, well worth a try, and if you don’t like it, I’ll happily take the bottles off your hands 😉

You can either omit the egg whites or try it with aquafaba - the juice from a can of chickpeas..it creates a vegan friendly version and creates the same froth and texture to the drink...
