Also, Sonic tricked Super Scourge into de-powering because the Anarchy Beryl burned him out when he de-powered, similar to a really bad caffeine crash, whereas the Chaos Emeralds gave Sonic a small boost of energy.
Sonic was trying everything desperately to stop Super Scourge, but, nothing was working. He knew that there was no downside to being “Super”: even when he powered down, he felt great. But, he realized that he felt that way on Mobius and he was currently on Anti-Mobius, which gave him the answer. So, Sonic taunted Super Scourge by saying that Scourge had to turn Super to take him down while Sonic did so with no emeralds; when Scourge angrily said that he could beat Sonic to a pulp-emeralds or not-Sonic smugly said, “Prove it, tough guy.” Scourge de-powered in anger and instantly felt weak. This is all from memory (it’s slightly photographic).

Because of the fact that the Anarchy beryl are basically opposites to the chaos emeralds, reverting back to normal using the anarchy beryl in Moebius, (Scourge's Home planet aka Anti Mobius) the anarchy beryl caused the opposite reaction to the chaos emeralds thus draining the energy out of scourge and how sonic proceeded to kick the shit out of scourge. I read that comic it was Awesome just like you are! Keep up the Awesome videos man!
Fun fact: Hideki Naganuma wanted to return for Sonic Rush Adventure but the higher ups had him already working on Yakuza's soundtrack so he was tangled in that and couldn't reprise his role.

I would love to see a new Sonic Rush game, as long as it's based on the first game as it felt a much quicker paced game than the sequel and the sound track to the game was much better. Don't get me wrong I liked the sequel, but all the material hunting for making new vehicles, to access new levels really slowed the pace of the game.

The Sonic Rush soundtrack is also available under spotify as well as other sonic and sega soundtracks for those who want to listen to Wrapped in Black on their way to work. I’d like to see a Sonic Rush sequel, but, like you said, it’s a high improbability. Also, yes, it was the issue with Ken Penders that caused the whole reboot of the Archie Sonic comics and prevented them from being used further than that, even via name-drops. Also, the IDW Sonic comics are decent. I still miss the Archie comics, but, hey, it’s still Sonic and it’s better than nothing.
I think what happened with the crusher in Water palace act one is that it didn’t understand how to interact with the platforms that characters can pass through from the bottom so it just pushes them into the wall As for why it ended the stage when you jumped high enough I don’t hecking know
