About Kowloon Walled City: when the Brits took over Hong Kong, Kowloon was a Chinese military fortress in the area of Hong Kong that stayed under China's control, and the soldiers stationed there just started to use it for housing. Eventually, people from China started to find refuge in Kowloon, so the entire block just became a conglomerate of concrete buildings and it had its own schools, churches, restaurants, etc. But since it was in (at that time) British territory, the Chinese government couldn't really do anything with it and neither could the Brits (because it wasn't part of their lease of Hong Kong). So it kinda became self-governing with residents paying protecting fees to gangs. When the lease of the Brits came to an end, and HK was eventually "returned" to China, the government deemed it a fire hazard because it was just,,, a bunch of buildings grouped together within one block, and the whole place was demolished and replaced with a park. Hope this little history lesson helped, and feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong^^
33:25 sections like this remind me of the underground city in Stray. Not only do I love the flashlight movement but I really love that the doors swing both ways. Most IRL doors don't swing like that but it makes moving through the levels more natural. IRL you would just push the door out of your way without stopping but, in many games, doors become immovable barriers that require you to stop and fix. I hate in games when my character keeps getting hung up on open doors and I think it breaks immersion.
I love watching the chat help him out😂 it just seems like such a nice community Edit: did some research and I believe the city was destroyed because they needed to build a runway for an airport. The city housed around 33k people in 14 floors and 300 connected businesses. People moved there because of bankruptcy and other issues leaving them no choice but to settle.
Your comments about the first game made me want a game that's like... Carbon Monoxide Poisoning simulator but it's a horror game and the goal is to figure out how to make the Bad Things stop. Maybe the character is spiritual and tries things like crystals and salt and things to ward off demons and you have to come to the conclusion that it's actually a Worldly Thing causing you harm. Idk. It wouldn't have replay value bc the Carbon Monoxide being the culprit would be the twist, but it could be interesting. Things like carbon monoxide and black mold will mess you up, and if you're already spiritual or superstitious, it adds another layer of confusion.
I love this game. It's so much better than a lot of AAA game titles with the same concept like Outlast. This is more grounded and based in real history.
Come to Australia. In the country, though. And stay AWAY from the east coast! You'll never have seen a horizon go so far and flat, and you'll see so many stars including the milky way strip 😊 it honestly blows my mind and makes me want to cry when I hear that some people haven't truly seen our own night sky 😢
A multiplayer game about doing "ghost hunting", a few players act as hunters and a few act as ghosts and if the ghosts break the illusion the rating goes down. That would be something
🤣 if you are playing the game it’s at your own discretion… everyone knows by now literally every single game on every single game mode is gonna have at least 3 or 4 cheaters per lobby … and the game company doesn’t give a 💩 because y’all still play it and still watch these cheaters play it … stop watching and playing the game … just watch the hunters and support them and I guarantee they will have no choice but to either enforce a real cheat detector and ban people or stop making games because we won’t buy em 🤷🏽♂️🤝🏽

10:22 I'm surprised no one mentioned the person standing in the doorway to the right of the steps!
Around a month ago once I saw the horror creature in the game Pumpkin Panic, I said Oooh Insym has to play this! I'm glad you had fun!!
That bait with the electronics looking like eyes from like 3 rooms away? hoooooly shit, that is good design.
"We're haunted AND we're broke?" 😂
Pumpkin panic is such a fun game, I’d love to see what else they can add to the game
The final chapter of CSPPI will be someone releasing the ghost of Conrad from his old office.
I fell asleep on stream while you were playing Kowloon(midday nap for me). Woke up RIGHT at the end of it 🤦🏻♀️ so, here I am!
Thanks for a great stream, as usual. Love VODS channel 💚

The scream at 19 minutes... The audio alone scared me because I was tabbed out. xD
Just started watchin this guy. I like him. Keep it up bud.
All I can think of when I hear "Kowloon" is that BO1 mission that takes place in Kowloon
29:03 Alan Wake had a flashlight like that (the first one, don't know about the second).
Oh! Just had a thought... Kowloon had an agency use an SCP on it, and now, it's just another backrooms level... dun dun duunnn
love that he used his torch with night vision then said it was too good...

Ep 666, the map... reminds me so much about ghost watchers school map
Insym kinda predicted content warning at 2:10:00
