Working in Netherlands sounds amazing. Most asian countries, no matter how fast you finish your work, u still get paid by the hours you have worked (under supervision), not by how much work u do. Promotion is mostly by relations. If multiple ppl is aiming for the same promotion, the one who is in good relations with the one who can promote you, namely the manager or higher, is the one most likely to get promoted and not the one who is actually passionate/better at the job, his promotion comes after all the friends, families, neighbours and the secretaries of the manager get their promotions first. Its actually better for those who are capable to actually start their own business.
