I love me some pressure washing. Just did our decks and walks, we have a lot of mold and pollen, leaves all that stuff that turns to grime. Make sure to pace yourself and stay hydrated. Love how you are always "doing" something. LOL. It will all get done in due time.

Ah, carpet cutting. I've whacked up more than my share. I find cutting the back goes much quicker. Just sharing.

You are a busy lady! The previous owners certainly did not do much/any maintenance on that home to keep it up! It sure takes a lot of time and patience but the deck, siding and eves will be beautiful when you finish the pressure spraying! Pressure spraying gives instant gratification, and it's addictive! If there is any mould, moss or mildew in areas that you can't clean up with the pressure sprayer try "We It and Forget It" outdoor remover liquid. Works like magic (but not instantly.....over a few days....like the container says....wet it and forget about it! Happy Memorial Weekend Margaret! ~M~
That is actually what I am using. The house was well loved until it wasn’t. Older woman who is now in a nursing home. Michael will “bring it back”.
You didn’t look one bit dirty, wish I could manage to get through projects that well! I can’t do anything without looking like Pigpen from Charlie Brown so I always wear my old grungy clothes. That’s your granddaughter, of course she’s the smartest 11 month old ever! 👌 My daughter says her two littles are having big feelings when they are “unhappy” about something. Have a nice Memorial Day weekend!

Good grief! Where do you get all that energy first thing in the morning? I'm a slow waker-upper so you amaze me. The green stuff on your deck is the same stuff that keeps coming back on the awning over my back door. I'd love to know how to get rid of it permanently. Power washing only keeps it at bay for a while here.The weather is beautiful here in Ohio too! I'm loving it. Have a great weekend and see you next time!

Dearest Margaret so good to see you . Not sure if you said why tears at the beginning of the video 😮. I swear ( no shouldn't swear take that back but) you work harder than a 40 year old, man. Truly the ever ready bunny. We've had thunderstorms glad yoir weather was good. Oh I know the bug that bites when you just have to do that big thing, project aka rug padding. I had to laugh at the big clippers I got out the electric knife once for a big cutting job my hands couldn't do. I understand.
I'm a helicopter grandma or was so screws would concern me on little one putting them in their mouths; this little squish is smart!! Can you put sunscreen kind of on her scalp through the hair? What a great job on the deck!! Well need walk my fur baby before more rain. Hang in there you got this! ❤
it will probably come to that, putting sunscreen on her scalp. yuck. I do watch her closely about things in the mouth. She was concentrating so hard on getting the screws in the holes that she wasn’t tempted!

I remember trying put a hat on my granddaughter when it was cold & she was about 10 months old & cried; I found if I let her wear my hat then she was ok, once 😅

Margaret, Iam just like you in that it’s so hard for me to sit still, always something to do, if not, I can come up with something. My best friend gave me a metal, patio furniture set, I’ve attempted three times to strip her 5 coats of spray paint off without any success. Any suggestions? Now, stripping furniture Is Not My Cup of Tea, but was so excited to do this so I could put it on my little patio, looks like I won’t get to enjoy it this summer 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🙄🫤. The stripper I bought was gel and was not cheap. I don’t understand why it’s not working? HELP. I HAVE WATCHED VIDEOS and have researched, and nothing has a resolution for me. I may give up and just spray paint over it. But, I’m a perfectionist and really want it all stripped off. Some of it, I’ve been able to sand off, white paint, and I’m painting it a dark green. If I ever get to that. Oh, wow, the deck is going to look amazing once you get it done. I cannot wait to see the tour of the Old Historical Church. Thank You for doing that for all of us. Margaret I hear you go on and on about squish, but I never hear you say anything about the boy that your son is raising. Maybe he is Nikki‘s son from a prior relationship? But I just never hear you say anything that indicates that you are invested in this boy, emotionally. Maybe you are also caring of this boy and we just don’t see it in your videos. From your videos it just seems that you’re investment is very lopsided, even taking into account that you babysit squish. I keep waiting for your statements of joy in this little boy.
