At Co-op Congress 2022, Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, alongside Co-operatives UK CEO Rose Marley and Champion of the Fair Care Mark, Cheryl Barrott, invited co-operatives from across the country to share challenges and opportunities in social care.
