I am an aussie curious about history, but when those jan riots happened, obviously after the video was made, where was that so called fence that could have prevented what I could only have described as the most shocking thing to happen to the western world since 9/11? The cost for the underground bunker is A LOT more than 370 million. My estimate is at least 1 billion, maybe 3 billion. Underground construction is difficult, and they have no reason to spare expense, since it's for the president. The head of dozens of organizations like the military.
