No one can give review of the books like you. The way you summarized the book is really commendable. Your criticism upon this book robustly explain pros and cons of it which convey us stark analysis. Really proud of you sir. Sir we want that you give us the review of the book " The Clash Of Civilizations". Thanks.
Ahhhh sir, thousands of thanks for providing us such a a great discussion. I have bought this book two years but when I open it to read, I just close it after reading a few pages. It was quite tough for me to understand
Talking about Pakistan,it has a tumultuous history when it comes to democracy. Despite a strong push for democracy in recent years,Pakistan is still grappling with this issue that continue threaten to derail its progress. To ensure true democracy, non democratic forces should refrain from intervening in political engineering.Armed forces should work under civilian government as per article 245 of our constitution. Their primary objective should be to defend country from foreign and internal aggression.
Thanks a lot sir. The way you explain things is a knida extraordinary way of teaching. I am watching books reviews these days and after finding the book helpful in CSS journey i do read that book. I shall be very thankful to you for your kindness....❤❤
Progressive society is based on both formal and informal norms and institutions. We cannot neglect one or another. As far as Pakistan is concerned we have passed through the military coups, rightnow as the author described the threat to democracy is itself from the leaders that came into power through a democratic process. Pakistan is once again trapped in a populist ideology same as America with "Trumpist" situation.
The views of author about democracy is a real picture of democracy in Pakistan, like Low literacy rate No freedom of media Institutional interference No cheque and balance No accountability
@@feelofphysicsphysicsisknow4752 True, indeed. Pakistan prides itself on being a free state. But,in true sense freedom remains an elusive dream for all of us.The law only serves the interests of minuscule 1% elite. They are managing the whole state affairs.Members of affluent class have never been given punishment for their wrong doings. They keep earning their actions. While underpriviledged are crushed under a cumbersome litigation process. This lawlessness along with economic turmoil have ruined the lives of people. We must work towards ensuring merit based governance, and providing equal opportunities to all citizens. This is high time we must learn from history, otherwise freedom will remain an elusive dream.
Yes Sir! Pakistan lacks in mutual toleration, because, according to me, this is one of the chief reasons of political instability in Pakistan. The treasury and opposition benches are always seen at loggerhead. So when they do so and always want to make the opposition party go home, how can they do good for public welfare.
@@shahmi5973 Yes,here is ceaseless and ruthless struggle for power. All these politicians think of themselves, their families or at best their political group. They don't give even a second thought to Pakistan. This is high time, Pakistan needs an immediate remedy for this malady. Otherwise,God forbid, because of this blind power struggle ,we may face more and more economic turmoil, rampant poverty, sky high prices of basic items, poor education and health system, chaos and anarchy everywhere in country.

It's because, though Pakistan prides itself on being a free country, yet freedom still remains an elusive dream for all of us.We can't speak against inefficient functioning of institutions. Media is not free here.We can't Express our opinions. We civil servants are not the servants of public, indeed,we are servants of state institutions. We are in chains everywhere. Alas! Let's move towards D chowk.Lets collectively speak about our rights, our freedom ,our true mandate.Otherwise peace will remain a distant dream.
