- A police chase suspect is in custody after leading officers on a pursuit through Los Angeles. At points during the chase, large amounts of smoke could be seen coming the suspect's vehicle. The black SUV was also seen driving on the sidewalk, in front of a house. The driver then struck a mail vehicle, causing damage to the front tire.

That driver needs medal for evading the police without resulting to an accident or loss of life. He also needs to be paid by the car manufacturer for successfully showing that the car is really worth buying.😂

Insurance companies need to civilly sue car thiefs for the cost of the car they ultimately cover. The insured (those with full coverage) get covered for most of their loss by the insurance company so they ought to have the right to collect on the thief. That judgment should affect any future assets and/or income.
