@@cvry2813 Ghazwa-E-Hind has already happened it was done by Muhammad bin Qasim. There were 2 Ahadis of the Prophet in this regard both weren't completely strong. But together they are considered. The Ahadis or sayings said that there would be an army that would conquer Hind and Sindh. Since the name Hind comes from Sindh currently Muslim majority where I myself live that has already happened the prophecy has already been fulfilled. But here is the part where many of my fellow Pakistanis come in NO ONE KNOWS WHETHER THIS WAR WAS THE ONE THAT PROPHET INDICATED OR THERE WOULD BE ANOTHER ONE SIMILAR TO THIS ONE (no ones knows the answer except Allah) but many in Pakistan wish or think that it would be another one. Why do Pakistanis lean more towards the other narrative you ask well that's because Prophet also said that he feels cool breezes coming from what is now the direction of Pakistan from Saudia if calculated. Now, this could be an indicator of anything no one knows this as well. And it was also said that this war would happen near to the end of times now that's what gives more hope to Pakistanis because there are many more prophecies being fulfilled even now.
I never heard of the partition until I watched an episode of Ms. Marvel. I always used to wonder why there was such tension between Indians and Pakistanis when they share so many cultural similarities. Now I know. It’s amazing how European colonization destroyed so many lives all around the world.

The utter disregard for humanity and blatant manipulation of Us vs Them is abominable. There are many human staples that I can’t wrap my mind around: slavery, rape, colonization… All are subjugation. The same tactics were used all over Africa, pitting people who coexisted peacefully against each other like some sick psychological experiment while the colonists reap the resources. And I love how Britain didn’t leave on any moral grounds, at least as presented here, but just… they were broke. Gotta cut back. Wasn’t there also an international mandate for Britain to dissolve its empire after WWII? That’s what Eddie Izard would have me believe, but I suppose learning history from a comedian is questionable. Okay then, we are Great India!”

-Arab invasion of India in 8th century
-Ghaznavid invasion of India in 11th century
-Ghurid (converts to Islam from Buddhism) invasion of India in 12th century, which will lead to the foundations of Delhi Sultanate
-Timur/Timurid (ancestor of babur, founder of Mughal empire) invasion of India in the 14th century.
-Mughal invasion of India in 16th century (which leads to foundation of Mughal Empire)
-Sher Shah Suri/ Sur-Afghan invasion of India in 16th century
-Nader Shah/Iranian invasion of India in 18th century
-Afghan Durrani invasion of India in 18th century
-India gets broken into two parts which are India and Pakistan in 1947 (Bangladesh will be the third after it breaks from Pakistan in 1971)
Because of these invasions, India lost its native culture, and land. Many temples were decimated and converted into mosques, also many Hindus, Buddhists, and Jains were forced to convert to Islam. @yout tube because the British could not establish peace and justice.
Alhamdulillah Pakistan was our ideology even before british rule
I never heard of the partition until I watched an episode of Ms. Marvel. I always used to wonder why there was such tension between Indians and Pakistanis when they share so many cultural similarities. Now I know. It’s amazing how European colonization destroyed so many lives all around the world.
I'm from Brazil and is unbelievable that we know so much about Europe and America, like history, politics, war, refugee camps. But, if wasn't a random series we'd never know about this tragedy and many others
I am here for the same reason wanted to learn more about this. Truly tragic that such events happened
Same here. That scene where she gets thrown into the past and sees what happened during the partition made me cry. It makes you think about how many problems in the world today are caused by plans that governments are trying to carry out.
UK put religion hatred for their own goods , Hindus get the more rights cuz they become good dog of UK's but Muslims struggles but at the end we get the independence , afterwards UK's lord Mountbatten was a pro indian and he cut and gives more land to India and weaken the Pakistan and Kashmir was Muslim majority state and all Muslims majority was going to be in Pakistan but the leader of Kashmir was Hindu who hate India and Pakistan and want independent State but he got no way he chooses India but state Muslims were 90+ percent and they wanna go with Pakistan and civil war started , Pakistan helped Muslims and India helped Hindu leader , at the End by the help of Muslims in Kashmir and army we get half of the Kashmir
Trevor Noah has an amazing section on British rule of India in one of his standup shows.

“We are Great Britain!”
“Who says you are so great? What makes you great? Okay then, we are Great India!”
