waw. thats cool Reynold tubing vintage roadbike. it would be awesome with vintage wheelset n parts. love to see your Volvo wagon, very nice. cheers from Indonesia
Thanks, I built the Royal (green one) into a get to work bike, still use it now. It will be my Christmas special video showing my entire bike collection 😁
@@TheRetroBiker All of my rides are 90's MTB hardtails. I'm maxed out so I am hoping for a swell late 90's XC full suspension. I miss my old rocky mountain spice with the Fox vanilla r upgrade. Still have the rear shock awaiting a frame
@@TheRetroBiker I hear ya. I understand also. I would take a 99-2003 FS frame if it was a 26'er and the right geometry and/or style i like. Marin,Rocky mountain are my two hopefulls for the finds I am hoping for. Yet a Marin in east coast Canada is rare.
Two very nice vintage steel frame sets you have there. The paint work should smarten up even more by lightly using t-cut rubbed on with a cloth ( this is what I do to vintage frames I buy and keep the patina as they are only original once ). Looking forward to your next video to see how they progress. One other thing ,use scrunched up aluminium foil and coca cola to remove rust from the chrome, and solvol autosol on the aluminium parts, it works a treat.
Wow, awesome colours on those!!
That's what got my attention on eBay 😊
Best Santa's little helpers ever. :)
They are funny 😅
The singing child at the start😂😂😂
They never stop singing, it's great 😂

A natural 🤣
I'm not a big road bike fan but I am a fan of cool 531 lugged frames. Cheers from Canada !
That's exactly the same as me, not really a roadie but do love a half decent old touring bike.

Oh cool, as time goes on I seem to be looking at the slightly later stuff now. Like very early 2000s full suss xc bikes ❤

Top tips thanks. I use autosol on a cloth, that normally takes out and staining on the paint and a few scratches. Might even go all in and wax it.
Lindo video un abrazo desde Perú
Buenos Dias ,😁👍
I love old road bikes.
There's something about them 😁 I just love all old bikes if I'm honest though
Any updates on the Raleigh Scorpio?? Lovely bike!
That one got rehomed sadly.
@@TheRetroBiker ahhhh shame! I’ve just started rebuilding mine! Picked one up for £20 last week.
