I made it and I LOVE IT! Just one thing: the folded collar was way too wide for me reaching my shoulders (I am size 6US), I just didn't feel comfortable wearing it easily. To fix this I undid it all the way to 11:47, applied reductions to two rows and then simply rib stiched the collar all the way up without folding over. Just in case this happens to someone else, here is what I actually did:
-During the dc row I reduced every 6 stiches (putting the 7-8 together).
-Then for the next row I did normal rib stich front /back post dc alternate.
    - The row after that I did a second reduction every 6th (putting the 6th front post /ignoring the back 7th and connecting to next 8th front post). The rest of the rows normal rib stich again to my desired height. It now curves nicely and fits perfectly snug around my colar bone thrown straight on. One of the easiest things to put on. Thank you again for your beautiful tutorial!

I agree. This turned out way too big. It looked nothing like the picture. Unless you put it around your shoulders and tried to wear it that way. Collar was all wrong too.

I guess we have to take into consideration that her mannequin is 6' tall... So while it might not look the same to you, it is the same, it's just as though you're wearing a garment a couple sizes too large.
I'm 5'7" and have slightly wide shoulders so mine fit whereas my daughter is barely an inch shorter than me but narrow shouldered so it didn't fit the same.
I think one of the great things about Crystal's tutorials/patterns is they're easily adjustable.
