Might be talking out my ass here but Sounds a bit like a mixture of harmonic minor, phyrigian, minor blues and minor pentatonic. I think someone just deemed it a 'Slash Scale'.

I think there's not a specific scale, it's actually a mix of them, harmonic, Phrygian, blues pentatonic.
