Those calipers need to tourqed to 65 lbs ft not 35 lbs ft

Why the %*&@! are you changing the rotors if they aren't overused or abused? Do you change the rotors since you do not know on how to release the pads?

The rotors were of unknown age and there was a little warp to them.
