Bought one. It was intentional not to have a folding mechanism and I'm glad there isn't, the stability from not having afolding mechanism is crucial. Plus the one or two times I do want to travel with the Roadster I'm fine taking a couple minutes to detach the stem which may work in my favor since I can have the stem positioned in one direction and the base of the scooter in the other making transport in the front easier.
That scooter need Magura Mt5e or Mt7e brakes. At those speeds brakes are so important.

nah needs the ones from the Extreme Bull, whatever it uses, not bicycle brakes

Glad you got a chance to rip on the Roadster Bro. I could tell that the settings were dialed down on the Test Model because the Max settings would have given you some insane wheel spin, even while riding at about 40 mph. That massive swing arm assembly is the magic that keeps those wheels solidly fixed on the surface at high speeds. Great vid, as always.

Wheel spin, not really unless he wants to do that!! that's why the SINE WAVE control is the best.
The unit I rode was the same one used in a race, so I doubt the setting was turned down. Additionally, as I mentioned in the video, the stem was reduced, which required me to lower my body even more towards the deck, creating better downward force to keep the wheels on the ground. I hope that makes sense.
Close to 40 miles riding aggressively. It's a much more faster than the X-limited and nimble with a light-weight feel to it whenever it accelerates. Very comfortable to ride. I dropped 37 miles on it a day ago, no foot or leg fatigue. Combo of off and on road and the suspension was always on point... @@brbfitness9346
Makes a lot of sense. By settings being turned down, I was referring to the slow start settings not the max output settings. Mine came with the slow start setting for the front wheel at 4 instead of the max 5.
If you went full throttle while riding at around 35 or 40 mph in assist mode 5 and that front wheel did not spin, it's likely that slow start was set on the front wheel because this beast will spin the front wheel on full throttle all the way up to 45 mph with 80ah going to the motor.
I think it's a pretty cool settings option to have the slow start for each motor individually, yet still have the ability to send the max 80ah to the motors.@@KiziEwheels

I like this model as well as the Segway gt2. I wish the roadster had that transparent display. I hear this model comes with a death waiver.
i was expecting at least 45/50Ah or even 60Ah on that scooter,to be honest
We keep wanting bigger batteries in these electric scooters and forget that it defeats portability and makes the scooter extremely heavy. One of the big advantages of electric scooters is that you can take them pretty much anywhere, and they take up minimal space in your house or apartment. A bigger battery results in a bigger storage area on the scooter and heavier components to support all that weight. The Emove Roadster's neck, when he brought it out, weighs at least 20+ pounds. 40Ah or 45Ah I think it's a pretty sweet spot

If you check my response to other comments, you will understand that I said the Emove Roadster is not for those who plan on transporting it. I also mentioned this in the video. My point is the Emove Roadster is still more portable and takes up less space than something like a Dualtron X Limited, and it's still better in performance. If you think this is a promo, you haven't been watching my videos long enough 😅

im sorry to say but if you like customizing your scooters this one is just not good at all cant add speakers or carry on bags or mirrors or really do anything and the deck has no grip you have to add it yourself i have the Inmotion RS and it is a great scooter i have over 1000 miles on it. I also had other scooters ,although the emove roadtster is an awesome scooter over all but i enjoy making things my own. buy the inmotion rs instead

Thank you! I would have definitely gotten it, but I have stairs, bro, and I really like that older design. The Emove Roadster is perfect for people who never plan on carrying it up anywhere. I'm happy you noticed how polite he was. I truly believe that he actually cares for the electric scooter community genuinely. I couldn't say the same about a lot of manufacturers or so-called retailers. I just hope he stays that way.

Melvin is a very nice person. When my GTR wasn't right he called me to try to make things right. That's big in my book and I told him that him callingme was the best part despite the nightmare experience with my first pev.

How did you like the emove roadster,i purchased the wolf king gtr its my first scooter i definitely love it,i got it when it first came out,if i would of known about the emove roadster i probably would of got that,since i dont off road with my gtr,i only have 22 miles on it just waiting for warmer weather to start riding again.
I've tried the Wolf King GTR and Inmotion RS, and I'd choose the Emove Roadster over the other two if off-roading and easy portability aren't a priority.
@KiziEwheels yeah I don't offroad and I don't ever transport my gtr,I never fold it,the roads here in omaha is not the smoothest the gtr does ride really nice and it does have some get up ,I don't no how much more the emove has then the gtr,I do like that the emove is carbonfiber, if I would of new about the roadster I've would of waited and got that
I believe the Emove Roadster and the GTR are on different levels, very far apart.
@KiziEwheels yeah true how much lower to the ground is the emove roadster compared to the gtr. Yeah down the road I think I might have to get me the emove roadster, since I just ride on paved roads.
I'm not sure, but I have a video coming up featuring the GTR, Emove Roadster, and Inmotion Rs. Given this lineup, you might be able to guess the difference in ground clearance.

Kizi I am curious your thoughts on who this scooter is for? You said a race scooter, but would someone buy this a a true car replacement?
If it's not at least ipx6 I would say no. Also only has a 40ah battery would be different if it was removable. But if you work within 30 miles and can charge at work and doesn't rain a lot sure it can. Why not?
