Have you tried all the coffee drinks we mentioned? What's your favourite and what did we miss? Timestamps: 1 - Irish Coffee (00:15) 2 - Affogato (00:58) 3 - Frappe & Freddo Espresso (01:41) 4 - Dirty Coffee (03:30) 5 - Flat White (04:24) 6 - Vietnamese Coffee (05:22) 7 - Espresso Tonic (06:27)
Fantastic that you went in on the details of different Greek summer drinks, and made frappe with specialty instant, definitely has been a great (and expensive) drink for me in summers past. You might also include Cappuccino Freddo.
I don’t know if it’s an actual named drink, but I got a wonderful ice espresso with lime and cinnamon in San Sebastian Spain. One of the most interesting and delicious coffee related mixed drinks I’ve gotten. Opened my mind and peaked my curiosity to what else existed like it
I normally drink black pour-over at home, but when I go to a cafe, I like an espresso-based drink, usually a cortado or flat white. In these two drinks the texture of the milk is critical IMO and if the cafe can't get it right (or to my liking, to be fair) then they won't get repeat custom. The "correct" texture is silky foam with no discernable "layering": silky from top to bottom. I don't want a "small latte/cappuccino".
I like iced coffee the way we have it in Germany / Austria. Vanilla ice cream, cold coffee (not espresso), some ice cubes (optional) and on top whipped cream and some tiny waffles for decoration. If I don't have time or all the ingredients, then I prefer affogato. :)
Another version of espresso tonic that is easy to make at home is cold brew tonic. 50/50 cold brew and tonic water. Refreshing and delicious summer drink :)
@EuropeanCoffeeTrip - You guys must explore and do a video about "South Indian Filter Coffee" - a staple everyday beverage of several million south Indians!!! Also known as "Degree coffee", this has originated from Tamil Nadu, the southern state of India. There are numerous interesting facts and stories behind this coffee, including the history behind its name - Degree coffee. Another unique feature is the special South Indian Coffee filter - the quintessential brass/steel apparatus used to make this coffee. Everything is special about this coffee including the specific ratios of beans from different plantations growing different beans at different altiyudes, and the addition of chicory to the ground beans. Also, making and serving this coffee is a visual treat. This coffee definitely needs a separate video! Hope you guys would get on to it!
now we need to blame some coffee franchise to flip frappe not like on this video but more like........... put milk + any S*** to blender and blend until you satisfied
Sugar promoted in Specialty Coffee 😳🙄🤮🤮🤮 Just your Starbucktization process swirling in specialty coffee by exactly the same people who should educate customers through HEALTHY OPTIONS and QUALITY 🤫😉
nothing beats a shot (or two) of espresso pour onto cold milk stirred and serve or onto milk stirred and poured onto a tall glass filled with ice. I called this the good classic "old fashion milk coffee" my favorite coffee drink ! no pretend-ness, no bullshit, no nonsense, and most of all no smug italian fancy names ! just pure love for a cup of coffee !

I love MangoShot or Grepresso
Affogato is a summer must have and Dirty Coffee is a year round affair for me 🤤

I drank so many Freddo Espressos in Rome. Soooo many. I’ve been enjoying Japan style ice coffee this summer.
Very interesting video ! Thanks for sharing the recipes. We really need to try some of these.
I love an espresso tonic in the summer !
My daily drink are Flat White ( sometimes Magic ) and Dirty Milk ( in Indonesia we call it Kopi Susu Gula Aren ).

Nice, thanks for sharing!
Hi, how are you? Great video! Awesome idea! I have tried Flat White, and it is the one I always order. Have a nice weekend!

It's my summer childhood memory of cold coffee!

Great idea for a series. 👍🏻
Give a try to marghilomana coffee from Romania
Dirty Coffee is my favourite
Nanyang coffee, brewed and filtered with a coffee sock.
Cortodo coffee
Cuban coffee
Tubruk coffee
I wish Ethiopian coffee was included. It’s the birthplace of coffee, after all.
The taste is unparalleled.
Japanese blanc et noir originating at Cafe L'ambre !
Oh, so surprised to see it mention here. I went randomly to Café de L'Ambre in 2019 and had the best coffee of my life ! (so far)
You missed Vietnamese egg coffee!
1000% came to say this too!
Yea because it's very disturbing to think about. If you put eggs in your coffee, you are in need of serious help
Wait until you try “Es-Yen” from Thailand. We compete!
I am flat white person for sure...❤

Include south indian filter coffee in the next part please! also, I like to take the decoction and add hot/cold water to make a black coffee.
Cappuccino is an obvious world-famous drink which should definitely be featured in this series.
Bulletproof coffee is another consideration.
No Russian Raf coffee? Most popular drink in CIS countries.
please make a video on south indian filter coffee, made with south indian filter kit which you can easily find on amazon
Carajillo
Raf coffee
Right? Clearly missing in the list
What you made wasnt frappe, its just whipped coffee. Frappe has to be blended with ice
now we need to blame some coffee franchise to flip frappe not like on this video but more like...........
put milk + any S*** to blender and blend until you satisfied
Please include South-Indian filter coffee
Add also freddo-espresso from Greece!
it’s there too 😉 modern vs traditional
did you not watch the video...
forgot the es-yen Thailand style.
Cool, marking it down, can you share more about it?
@@EuropeanCoffeeTrip include Es-Yen in Ep2 haha. Basically, espresso + condensed milk with iced
So every recipe is coffee with sugar basically
