    This was super interesting! I love your podcasts because it goes all over with your guests. I also LOVE that you ask their background... makes me feel less weird for coming into this without a gardening/hort background!

    Thanks for this one. I worked for a wholesale nursery in San Antonio, Texas along the Medina River that used over 1,000,000 gallons of water per week. Eventually they started recycling from a run off pond but without treating that water. Also when it flooded from excess rain that pond was only 25 yards from the river, so every chemical used ended up in that pond and ultimately down river into the Gulf of Mexico. Yes regulators were aware but hey, welcome to Texas.
