We tried this at a competition earlier at the beginning of this year. A one move factory solve, but I gathered as many people as I could, I think we ended up having 11 people doing it. It was recorded, but I'm not certain by who. We got to Last layer, which was around 6 or 7 minutes I think, and then it was a disaster, mainly because some people didn't know full OLL and Thought we were still in F2L. After that trainwreck, I told everyone to use 4LLL, and we finally got it finished. 1 move factory solve with around 11 people ( well, still changed the rules at the end with the 4LLL, but come on )
Andrew, at Nationals you should try to have the largest team factory ever! 100+ people! I know this would be really hard but it would be awesome. You could set a time when there weren't any events happening, like early in the day or late in the day. I would be willing to help you if you need.
ZZ-CT can be a good method once you learn it, but it is a pretty big subset. I have heard him talk about how his times are rather inconsistent with ZZ-CT, but some are much better than others.

That's not what YOU usually do in solves because you use ZZ-CT.
But it should be what you normally do in solves, because CFOP is a better method.
