Here are the settings I use when exporting from Lightroom for uploading to Instagram. I've also heard suggestions that 2x resolution works for sharper-looking photos, but generally I have found exporting to the exact resolution works best!

What about the "pixels per inch" setting? I've found that decreasing that value reduces output image noise but I can't seem to figure out why

Do you shoot film at all? I was wondering if you can make a video on how exactly everything works 😅

Gotta change the resolution size to 72 or 96 can't leave it at 300. Also choose high quality (8-9 or 90%) then export and make sure it's sRGB. And sharpen for screen.
