I creating a new league right in the middle of the english football pyramid. Vanarama Championship will be the new step 6 how things will work will be VNL ^ VNC ^ VN north/south I've made 24 new teams + stadiums + badges and kits. I'm about 2 days or so away from completion
@@Doopa_D yeah I got stuck quite a lot as the national rules were giving me a problem because though I set my league's level at 6 it kept the league at the bottom of the pyramid but in the end I worked it out! The database is only up to vanarama n/s so all I needed to do was set the existing league's level as 7. Safe to say when the nation rules said it worked I had a little celebration! 😅
Hi Alex, Never added B teams. It might just be as simple as changing the Premier league U23's to B team. Then change each one to B team format and then add them in to the league you require but replacing semi pro/pro teams. To keep realism you would need to add them at the bottom league then swap you way up pending how far you want them up the divisions. I am planning in doing a live editor demo soon, so watch this space. :)
@@Doopa_D I don’t mind keeping them all in the same league, could I just change it from u23 to b team and keep them in same league? Then just add additional u23 & copy the u23 leagues before I change to b team that way? If that makes sense?
Thanks for this tutorial! Very helpful. I'm trying to create a "London Professional League" system with 2 tiers. (Basically just moved every club from step 7 or above to it's own system haha) but when i try and load the actual league in FM it always says "Required minimum number of 14 teams for londond premier, found only 0." Any chance you can help me fix this? I am quite confused haha :)
Nevermind, I got it working! They all got added to the FA Cup for some reason, not sure why, lol. Time to become the best team in London with the Corinthian-Casuals!
@@Doopa_D Yes, I hope it will be! I've always found it mental how many clubs come from London as someone who doesn't live in England. It's a two tiered system with 16 teams in each division. Couldn't figure out how to get a custom nation working so unfortunately it has replaced the football league as england's football system. Don't know if that will mess with the save long term... Every time I tried creating a new nation or adding the leagues to a nation which wasn't england it bugged out and wouldn't let me select the league or even a anewly created nation in the advanced nation rules part. So this will have to do as this is my first FM and I don't really know what I'm doing! Hope you had a great day mate :)
Hi, I don't understand English very well, so I can only perceive the text, I have a problem, I created the Vatican championship (and the country accordingly), but I can't figure out how to add places to qualify for European competitions in the league? thank you in advance
Hi, The country will need to be given a coefficient rating for qualification. This can be done in the nation database. Also you can swap out teams from the competition to give the season a head start as it won't take into affect until the next season.
Never done a U19 league but I would of thought so. Might be some tweaks for the system to know its u19 only and linked in the structure. Might be an idea to look at another nation with U18/19/21 etc and see how it looks.

I already create a new league with new structure in my Nation Indonesia, after a while i realized the club can make transfer any time between clubs in same division. so the player can move out or in outside transfer windows. How can i change the rule for transfer only work on transfer windows ?
Hi, if you go to the nation rules of Indonesia and not a competition rule (will be the defaulted selection once in advanced rules). go down the list in the bottom left to "Transfer" and there you will be able to configure what you require. As you have setup a new league yo will need to add them into these.

my advice would be to look for a structure that is similar in the game to what you require and then amend as you wish. Also be mindful of not having too many games in a season or stretching the schedule seems to be painful 👍😊

@@Doopa_D dw i fixed this by now. What i presume was the problem was that i didn't give enough time between league ending and the league starting for the game to figure it our properly. Moved the dates a bit and all was well
Hiya, Kazakhstan is not available in my version, however I can add them into the game as the divisions and teams are there, just needed to to add the nation structure at least 1 division to be able to bring up advanced rules. Once in advanced rules you can change the player/work permit rules when selecting the division required in the drop down box where defaulting as the nation. If greyed out you can click on the enable box in the top right hand corner. Hope this helps.
@@Doopa_D Thanks for getting back to me! I downloaded a patch from fmscout I believe or something via steam that has all the divisions available. I didnt no if I could edit that instead of having to add the nation into the game myself?

Could you show how to create B teams for English clubs and how to create the leagues for them? I’m trying to but really struggling with the leagues?

Would this work the same way to add a U19s league? Just create a new league but set it up only for U19 teams?

@Hamza-1967 there is a bug with the other European competitions. Champions League seems fine to do.

My league system stops playing after one season. The pre-game editor says that all the rules are fine. What do you think could be the issue
How does it end exactly? Has a end date been added tot he competition/Nation?

Yeah so once subscribed it downloads it in the background. When you run the game, starting a new game that is it should show in the options to select.
is there any chances to apply changes midgame?

afraid this is not possible. You can get the in-game editor but then you are restricted in what can be changed.
