    Iam an automobile hr.. Trying to move to hrbp to other domain but tough times.. None agree though am an automobile industry. This video gives clear clarity to look forward.. Thanks for vid.

    I have searched and searched and there isn’t a video out there about an HR Associate Business Partner, it would be nice to see how these positions differ and how the interviews can differ.

    I am an immigrant moved from India to the US, having worked for about 11 years in the HR business partner role ,i am still struggling to get an opportunity may be due to no local exp. Any videos/tips on how can immigrants continue their careers in the US here .

    An Hr should have a Basic knowledge of Business
    Where it stands
    So that during saturation stage of business
    So that
    business knowledge
    People knowledge
    Both helps to
    To not Ramp down
