Hello Rick, how are you? I'm Ms. Freeman, I've recently decided to get my P.T. certification I am currently studying the entire book it's been about six weeks now, and I'm now on chapter 7. To be honest, during my 2/3 I had called in to quit, I wanted my money back because It's difficult for me. I'm not sure if it's because I have never done any online training classes or because I'm starting at such a late age. Nevertheless, I NEED to get my certification. But what I really wanted to say is I find your videos to be so HELPFUL. I listen to each chapter over and over repeatedly until it makes some sense to me. I love the humor that you bring to it. That also makes it make sense. Between you and my grandsons ( although it's a lot of material to study)
I know that if I stay focused, I could pass this exam in a few months and also get my job. THANK YOU! You are a great instructor. Please keep up with the good work!
    Godbless you, son🙏🏿

This is awesome Rich. Love your podcasts and how you explain ways to remember info. Makes a lot of sense. Planning to take my CPT 7 exam in a couple of weeks and trying to understand the concepts. Explaining how the blood flows through the heart helped tremendously. Thank you!😃

A little confused about the eccentric/concentric. Rick mentions that the eccentric movement should not be called a contraction because the muscle is actually stretching, but then speaks about "eccentric contraction" at 37:30(ish) when discussing the force-velocity curve.

I purchased the course. Have not heard back from anyone since the first email. I do not have access to the "slides" to which he refers although these videos are sent to me I assume as part of the course i bought.
