Tether proved to be more resilient in practice than Circle because their asset management looks much better e.g. without government bonds, whereas the USDC margin holders have been REKT in March 2023 because they have such bonds
Tether holds Bills and cash, which are liquid very. I wouldn't be surprised if Tether end up never go bankrupt
One thing interesting though: Tether decided not to invest a penny in government bonds. Why? 🤔

For example you take 10$ and convert it to tether. You take that 10$ USDT and buy 10$ of Bitcoin and the price make 2X, we agree that it is now worth 20$ right!. So, when you make the conversion back to USDT where did that 10$ difference come from? Well, asking the question is answering it at the same time. O yeah USDT IS DEFINITELY PRINTED FROM THIN AIR. Just like FIAT
Think about how usdt get in and out of circulation. And what causes the 2x in btc in your example.
Swapping activity doesnt change the stable coin supply. I know it's not super intuitive
After watching a couple of your videos, I feel that crypto is not the best place to invest too much. Maybe 10-15% of my investment in crypto is good enough. :D
It depends - you can definitely allocate more if your wealth to income ratio isnt yet huge and you stick mainly with btc

You tend to get slightly worse prices though - since many liquidity pools run on Tether
