NX8: Setup R Knob for Volume Control

- A viewer requested details on setting up the NX8 R Knob as the system volume control. So rather than write it out as a reply I made a video for all my subscribers. It's a pretty neat trick, but may get in the way of using the R Knob for AS3X gain control.
This video may also work for the DX series too, but I'm not sure. Feedback appreciated.
