There you can see pain. It took far over 60 just to Ante 27 because of the animations. Also, my volume is only 5.
I never intended to go for this record. I just wanted to do an insane run (read the description of the playlist that is linked in the description plz). But then I noticed that just before the point where I use all those double tags for the intended purpose, there is this tag that will get me another world record. I don't complain about that.

Well, I never continued this particular run as I was just an easy-to-grab world record. But there are "alternate endings" in the playlist where one card just keeps getting stuck in the middle of my screen. I remember the obelisk having that problem. There I restarted.
It would be best to consider it even more than real although modded. What I mean: There are 2 mods used in this run: Talisman and Ankh. Talisman skips animations, which is essential for the main run as I have 800+ jokers and 1000+ consumables at some point. Without animation skipping, a single blind would take days if not weeks to play out (after A30 in the main run). The second mod is Ankh. This mod is developed by the staff overseeing the world records. It patches some bugs that one could abuse, adds a timer on the screen, and even records everything in the form of a replay. This mod will sooner or later become mandatory for world record submissions (feel free to read the world record thread in the Balatro discord). For this particular segment, both mods were turned off as I used only steammodded for this run as it enables the counting of the tags. Before my game would crash when trying to display thousands of dollar symbols below my screen. Now it is summarized as you can see. There are no bugs abused in this run at all. So for what it's worth, I would consider it even more than real as some bugs have been patched out by ankh.

They can't start Balatro Casio in the first place, the Dev stated it will never be used in a Casio even when the dev passes away.
