Tried demo available at steam, it does being back memories from Desert Strike on the SNES...but this game needs more stuff going on in the map, also whish there was stronger differences between the 3 helicopters available, and more enemies and more variety of enemies, the gameplay was on the easy side even in expert difficulty, the game does look very promising and will be looking forward to it though. PS During the demo the operator warns you about a submarine and then later about something big hidden somewhere, but didn't find any of them.
Thanks for your feedback! Will take this onboard for the full game release. Regarding the submarine, it's out there I promise! In the spirit of old school gaming though, did not want to make that one so easy to find for the demo (there are also a few other easter eggs in the demo actually...)
@@catchflyv3949 You think so? I was thinking they just looked a little more natural. When I think of other games like this they follow more of a brighter palette. I don't disagree that the colors aren't as bright. I just felt they weren't as exaggerated. One think I'd hope they consider and could benefit the palette is that, the reticle you aim/fire with could be optioned to be brighter. if they let you change the color from just white. A bright green or yellow would really contrast the color scheme they chose. might make it a little easier.
@@20MG when you use brighter colors on almost everything it really doesn't look very good imo. You can use some but the overall Color palette should be more varied. But it also looks like there is some use of fog, i dont know exactly if its the colors they used for the textures or the fog. the end product is all that matters, i think using more contrast is very important for the overall look of the game, exaggerated colors can work for some games but not every game, you should be very careful with how you use colors, it just looks bland i would say. Not very eye-catching
Doesn't look too bad in the EARLY PREVIEW... But doesn't seem to have the feeling of inertia you had with the Strike games. Choppers are quite unweildy and require skill to manoeuvre. I'd like it to make me feel like I'm skillfully moving an airborne craft and not just pointing and shooting. That said, it has some ideas of its own which could make it interesting. The UI and HUD could use a spruce up mind you. Functional but low budget for sure.

It seems like a cool game! Maybe if you made the helicopter's movement more realistic like it was in Desert Strike i think that it would be better!
