Thanks for the band adjustment illustration. I was able to finally adjust my Casio blue face dress watch after about ten years. I never wore it because it was too big for my wrist, but now I'm able to. Thanks again.

The accuracy of my bronze version of the same, is a remarkable +/- 1.5 seconds a month! For that I am most grateful. For my professional job I've had a Breitling Emergency for 5 years. Still, my love remains for Casio of which their highly styled G-Shock GWN-1000, used for boat fishing. Anyway, many thanks for this super-informal vid on this lovely Casio version in silver and your helpful setting-up feature.
If you are averse to the dark inner surround, I found one that has a light grey color instead of black. It still has the white text and this makes all the features listed blend in with the surround. I used alcohol to clean off the “10 year battery” and “world time” text to declutter the bezel. It looks much cleaner than having all the text everywhere.
Awesome vid yet again. I have this particular watch in my collection myself. I never miss a vid when you talk about casio watches. As always looking forward to your next vid 😊

How's the watch overall? I don't usually wear watches. I used a Mi band 4 for two years. I bought it out of curiosity, and it's an ok one. I want to buy a watch with steel bracelet. I'm a medium sized guy. I liked this watch because of the design of dial. Would you suggest this watch? Or is there other suggestions that have metal bracelets? My budget is under $40.
I think the (mm - dd) to (dd - mm) date option should be switchable. I think if the world map display could be also switchable for a BIG display day of the week as a two way option as well.Would greatly improve the watch popularity. You do a wonderful job here explaining everything. Keep up the good work.
Thx for the video. Had this watch in mind for a long time, and always believed it was from the Casino Royale movie, but never got to rewatch it. I really like the idea of the watch, and will probably end up buying it, but I dont see myself wearing it. Feels kinda large given the specs, and other Casio watches.
I took the "World Time / Illuminator" off mine today with a couple q-tips, some 91% rubbing alcohol, and about 3-5 mins of vigorous rubbing. It looks so much better!
You can turn the beeps off if you want to. I tend to like the hourly beep but I have to keep it turned off most of the time because it bothers my wife at night and because I do a lot of work in which I am recording audio.
Hi Greg, thanks for your another great presentation in sharing the tutorial of AE-1200. I notice your additional Dual Time (T2, T3, T4) displayed PM on the left. Great review Greg !! Do you know what the letters AE stand for on Casio watches? I have a AE 1300 watch as well. I tried to look up the prefix codes, but they only have them for G-Shock group.
Hi bro, planning to buy this ae 1200wh. Thanks for u r review But have one question , how is the dial colour holding up , has the silver colour faded or torn off. The black one has no issues, but not sure about the silver colour coating
I bought one of these yesterday. Now I remember why I went back to happy little analog watches that I could set without having to have a degree in nuclear physics. I don't want to launch the space shuttle. I just want to know what time it is.

This Watch clearly looks nothing like the Seiko Watch. The only similarity is they both have an analogue clock in the left hand side of the screen. But even the analogue clocks look completely different. The Casio has a map on the screen. The Seiko doesn't.
I love that you're collection of Casio is in a display case like a luxury watch collection. Sign of a true watch hobbiest.
Wished that Casio would make an all steel version of this watch.
