You know what the difference between Reba and half of the others that have sang the national anthem is Reba sang it with heart not to get an extra 20 seconds in the spotlight
Honey, that's the southern drawl she has. I've been a fan forever, she is amazing, so kind in person and I got to sing with her twice, so honored! The way she just easily manipulates notes and it all seems effortless ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You know the emotions Reba put into it were truly felt when grown football players tears were streaming down their faces....not gonna lie....tears streaming at home too🇺🇲🇺🇲
Reba sang with Respect, Dignity, and pure Love for America. Her eyes just twinkled with heartfelt Love for the ones who have fallen for our country. ❤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸♥️🎵🎼🎶♥️ REBA!!!
I am almost 40 years young and have listened to Reba since I was in diapers. I have had the pleasure of seeing her live in concert and her voice is even more beautiful and powerful live performances versus done in the studio. She sang this with pure raw emotion and so effortlessly as if it were a simple lullaby we’d sing to a newborn baby. Oh btw she has a new show coming with the cast from her hit show “Reba”
Jaron, I didn’t watch the game but I went back to watch Reba. She was great! Your vocals are phenomenal! I can absolutely see why you’re a vocal coach❤ I just subscribed and hit the notification 🔔
LOVE REBA! great analysis, really enjoyed this. I just wished they showed Reba more, something is lost when don’t get to watch the artist. At one point I felt like I was listening to a track. I was like cut back to Ms. Reba mista cameraman!
Dude, Jaron, I was encouraged by your analysis. I love hearing from people who are experts in something and have managed to keep a pure love for their subject matter. Your expertise is a great vehicle for your pure joy. I was smiling the entire time I was watching you. Thank you!
Fascinating deconstructive analysis that celebrates beloved Reba's signature, trademark regional speech patterns and influences. A tribute to the ultimately interconnected diversity of the incomparable USA at best.
No annoying runs…Just sang the song! Queen Reba, wearing her Daddy’s 1961 Championship buckle, her Momma’s bracelet. Never had a scandal, never had a hateful word for anyone. At 78, won a #Grammy for Gospel Album of the Year…Reba had to walk from the back of the room!
Hi, Jaron! I always love your reactions. I’m so glad you’re hopping into a vocal analysis of a country superstar. Could you please react to Carrie Underwood’s Gospel performance at the ACM awards a couple of years ago featuring CeCe Winans?
Uhm, how do we get you to sing at next year's superbowl? I grew up with Reba, not a huge fan, but I feel she would have shined more without the instruments overtaking her voice.
I was in the other room when she sang the first few lines, and when I heard those chords I went to listen, and I rewound to hear it again. It's not just the diphthongs: most of the longer notes, she scoops, as you say, but it's the onset note that is most interesting. Was there a reharmonization in the arrangement? It sounded country, but it was also jazz. From "can" you can sense a different chord structure from the usual, the second syllable of "early", first syllable of "gallantly", extending the note on "through" and shortening it on "the". The chord structure provided by the band was interesting. Our national anthem is also a great song!
Brotha Jarin . I soooo wanna meet you! I am a singer and actress! You are AMAZING! YOUR CRITIQUES BE RUGHT ON! And what a daggone set of vocals you frickin' possess! OKEASE connect with me .I can assure you, we would be BFF"s! Clock ticking, boo! Love, Jacquelyn DST❤
Hello💙🌄🌱I love your reviews of the songs. It would be amazing if you analyzed the songs from the movie "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" by Dreamworks, and "Pocahontas" by Disney. The soundtrack of these movies is so emotional, beautiful, alive, and with such beautiful messages. As I'm Brazilian, I've listened to them more in the Brazilian Portuguese version since I was a child, but the English versions are amazing too! These soundtracks are so🥹 Sorry if the English is wrong, I used the translator🌅🙏🏻
Reba did a fine job!! Loved your analysis. Might you care to talk about Post Malone's version of America the Beautiful? I'm not a vocalist. Just a fan.
All her low notes were either way too quiet or more often, flat. “We’re so galantly (burp).” The entire phrase was very flat and the last word just vanished into a messy sound. They should have done it @ steps higher for her range to fit better. It’s a tough song.
What I liked is that she sang it in keys that were in her vocal range and kept it comfortable.
You know what the difference between Reba and half of the others that have sang the national anthem is Reba sang it with heart not to get an extra 20 seconds in the spotlight
Sent chills down my arms! Reba nailed it! !
Love Reba, she sang with more power and belting into higher notes when she was younger. ❤
She “scoops” all her notes, that’s her signature style.
She sang that so effortlessly and beautifully ❤❤❤
Lying 😂😂😂
@@chinaarlene7035Hater!
My gosh, you jumped right on that one! I love Reba too ❤
Honey, that's the southern drawl she has. I've been a fan forever, she is amazing, so kind in person and I got to sing with her twice, so honored! The way she just easily manipulates notes and it all seems effortless ❤️❤️❤️❤️
she did a fantastic phenomenal job. I had tears coming down my eyes too excellent excellent excellent to Reba
Love Reba's show and love Reba in general. ❤
My question is why are you a teacher? You have an amazing voice!!!
Because he CAN DO and CAN TEACH.
You know the emotions Reba put into it were truly felt when grown football players tears were streaming down their faces....not gonna lie....tears streaming at home too🇺🇲🇺🇲
Love her voice. So warm
You're literally everywhere! Lol!
Reba sang with Respect, Dignity, and pure Love for America. Her eyes just twinkled with heartfelt Love for the ones who have fallen for our country.
❤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸♥️🎵🎼🎶♥️ REBA!!!
Boi, this just happened and you already on top of it. I love your channel.

Another EXCELLENT presentation! And Jaron you have a GORGEOUS voice!
Was amazing to hear the National Anthem with class and properly sang this year! NOT theatrics of not singing it properly!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!
Thank you for shining some positive professional light on my Queen as i was beating upon myself that it was way too disappointingly safe!
❤❤❤ She sang beautifully! One of the best EVER.
Reba knows who she is and what she's doing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Love Her and enjoyed your analysis. Thank you 👋🏻❤️
Great analysis! I also love Reba! ♥. I love your channel, brother. Keep up the great work!
Reba expertly and professionally added that American country vocal twang in there! Very country for the country.
LOVE REBA! great analysis, really enjoyed this. I just wished they showed Reba more, something is lost when don’t get to watch the artist. At one point I felt like I was listening to a track. I was like cut back to Ms. Reba mista cameraman!
Same!! It was so annoying. Like let me see this legend sing!

WE WATCH her show her show ALL the time! STILL... It's Hilarious and Good! Our Country Music Star!!! ❤❤❤
Fascinating deconstructive analysis that celebrates beloved Reba's signature, trademark regional speech patterns and influences. A tribute to the ultimately interconnected diversity of the incomparable USA at best.
Refreshing to hear the anthem sung without a lot of vocal gymnastics ... well done Reba .
I love it so much! Thanks for the analysis! Great content!
Yes. So appreciate your analysis
Reba sung that VERY WELL! 🌟
Perfectly imho❤
My girl did great!❤
You are so right!! Nailed it! I felt they should have turned it up a bit, too low for me but a beautiful job!

REBA ❤❤
She is a queen love her❤
Reba has a vocal “tool box” no one in history has!
You should react to Reba’s early hit: One Promise Too Late.
To the player, that cried, you had me crying too. 😢❤
That was Chris Jones!!!
I’ve never watched your channel but wanted to see how Reba did…I gotta say….i think I enjoyed hearing YOU sing more! Gave me chills!
Boy,
What a performance. Nail and un-nailed it. Brought tears.
Nothing more.

Yaaaas, Reba! I love her!

After listening to her the second time, she sounded wonderful!
You have a beautiful voice ❤️You need to sing at next years Super Bowl.
I WAS EXCITED TOO! I SAW HER AT OUR FAIR, LAWD!! I CRIED LIKE THEY DID FOR MJ
Reba’s performance didn’t really move me but I thought she did a good job. She was vocally her.
That was amazing. You are terrific too. Please share a video of your version of the Star Spangled Banner!!!
Uhm, how do we get you to sing at next year's superbowl?
I grew up with Reba, not a huge fan, but I feel she would have shined more without the instruments overtaking her voice.
You have a great voice also!
You'll love Reba in 'South Pacific' in Concert from Carnegie Hall (2006).
REBA did fantastic specially when she pointed to Old Glory with pride, lovely.
Great Job. !!!!!!!
Thank you for doing this. I thought she did a great job. Some people were not being very nice but she is an amazing performer ❤

I would love to hear you sing a song!!!!!
You should analyze more Reba songs! Like Does He Love You or Fancy
Hey, sweet and smart voice teacher! You are special too, thank you for your lesson! Brava!!!❤️
Reba was Phenomenal
Jaron, you sing great, too. I can get into more of this.
Wonderful critique. Have you critiqued Whitneys' version?
3:10 discussing rockets....your hand and your description made me think of her singing it like a bottle rocket taking off
I love Reba too and I'd like to say that I love your voice also! :)
Brotha Jarin . I soooo wanna meet you! I am a singer and actress! You are AMAZING!

I love Reba too, this was good!
Perfection my lady reba ❤🎉
She has a pronounced Oklahoma accent.
Honestly, it was the best rendition of our national anthem I have ever heard in my life.
Jaron, I'd love to hear you sing the National Anthem.

❤❤❤❤ REBA!
I LOVE Rrba TOOOOOO! I watch her show e'rrday!
F A C T S!?
That sound more gospel than country. It was great!❤
Reba did a fine job!! Loved your analysis. Might you care to talk about Post Malone's version of America the Beautiful? I'm not a vocalist. Just a fan.
Why did this analysis make me laugh...lol.
Reba did very well!! Can you analyze Andra Day singing Lift Every Voice & Sing as well??
Queen of Country Music and a totally classy lady.
Click here if you DIDN’T watch the Super Bowl 😂
⬇️⬇️
Only complaint is they should have lowered the band sound
It’s just REBA lol. Love this womsn
She is amazing like no big deal 👍 she’s a big deal like she was in our living rooms singing to us all. 👍
Lord I love me some Reba and she Delivered... but dang.. I think you should being singing this at our next Super Bowl.. You've got it down.
Oh wow! I appreciate that! Thank youuuuuuuu!
She gave it a little country!
yeahhh...it was very nice.
Reba ❤❤ can flat out sing just stop hating she's legend of all times
I think that they need to get you to sing it next time ☺️
Do natalie cole. Singing at the superbowl
Teach me to sing better?!!! You are hilarious we'd make great friends
You are piece art yourself❤❤❤❤❤😂😂
Almost seems like you were saying you can do what she does
You know. Anyone that doesn't stand when Reba sings The National Anthem. They just aren't American.
Why are these players doing stretches, instead of standing at attention?????😢 No respect....😢
Ummmm..... they need a stretch!
It’s the down home accent she has that causes her approach to the song be this way
Much much much better than the halftime show, it would of been better if the NFL has hired reba to have played the halftime show
She can't move that fast 😂
All her low notes were either way too quiet or more often, flat. “We’re so galantly (burp).” The entire phrase was very flat and the last word just vanished into a messy sound. They should have done it @ steps higher for her range to fit better. It’s a tough song.
If you happen to ever listen to her music you may have already idk you will hear the same thing in songs
I have always found Reba's singing voice to be big and loud, but thin.
Sorry still love Chris the best
