Hey! New Reading interventionist here. I'd love some tips now that you've had a year as an interventionist. I'll be doing K-6th grade and I am sharing a room with other interventionists as well. What would you do again and what would you do differently? Do you still do the 8 different centers or was that just for your regular classroom? SO many questions! I'd love to pick your brain if you ever have a minute.
Absolutely love the room! The clean look of the furniture mixed with the greenery is lovely. Can you link where you got the holder for your keys? I caught a glance towards the end of the video of the rainbow-color circles. Thank you!
I think you mean this one. I love this thing! www.amazon.com/Silicone-Keychain-Bracelet-Keyring-Wristlet/dp/B08V18755Q/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=rainbow+silicone+key+ring+bracelet&qid=1661218680&sprefix=rainbow+silicone+ke%2Caps%2C167&sr=8-2
I absolety love your set up and apperciate you for doing this video as I will be our schools reading intervetionist next school year. Does the tack it stick well on a cement wall?
Random question. But how would you organize and label your classroom library? I have 1 & 2 combo. And I’m struggling. I was thinking AR levels but I hate the idea of them not reading something they enjoy because it’s not in their level. :/ I just don’t know.
I really like to label based on topics! I had a label and picture on each book bin. Then, there was a corresponding sticker on the back of each book with the same picture as the bin. That worked really well for me in first grade. Tbh, I never got around to it when I moved to 2nd, but that is what I would have done if I'd stayed another year.

Pioneer Valley has some great magnet boards for letters that has the letters on them so they know where the letters go.
I'm going into my 4th year of reading intervention, thanks for posting your organization hacks!
Of course! That's awesome!
I’m excited to see how your year progresses! What an exciting role!
Thank you! I'm excited too!
I would be interested in how you feel having used it for a year? Is there anything that didn’t work, or that you had to change?

Why the box wood? Doesn’t it get so dusty during the year?
