Portal 2 Xbox 360 crash error (help)

So I have a PAL copy of Portal 2 for my Xbox and I played for a few minutes. Unfortunately, I was stuck on chapter 1 because I was grabbing Wheatley and I'd noticed there were very strange colors there. And what's worst is that the game instantly freezes. I tried to fix it but it didn't work. Is there any solution to fix this?
