Xbox Game Pass (XGP) Uninstall "there was an error" FIX

How to fix the issue when you try to uninstall a game in XGP and you get an error "There was an error" with a triangle near the app's name and an exclamation mark. It happened to me when I tried to uninstall Halo Infinite from Xbox Game Pass.

I got it on 2 games and now i got it on all games on my xbox

I'm literally seeing it now. There giving me a damn triangle on Games I actually bought. My Blu ray no longer works. The damn game disks don't work. I started buying games online. Such as "Resident Evil 1" Remastered and since I canceled my game pass. This wasn't a issue. Please help because in a minute. I'm going to pick this xbox one game system up and throw it out my window

Yeah I haven’t found anything telling me how to fix it. I think my only option is to buy it again and there is no way I’m paying for a game I already owned before

Try restarting your gaming system and see if it's there or not.

This happened to me and it's been 2 years now. I even contact Xbox support and they couldn't tell me what the hell is going on 😭

@@darkdragon1943 what happened to the days when you just put the games you had into the console and played. Every thing is getting out of hand now
