Take a backup from your drawing and save in a new folder.

Fine thank you. Any straight method to do this ? Since Its a large assembly tried to do this and rename the sheetmetal component and assembly. Problem faced is I could not open all the drawings and SM components in single screen and rename it. If I try to rename part by part , while opening drawing I get error that " Part Not Found". Some suggestions will help me a lot . I need all the sheet metal components and drawings in saveas option. I wonder the software allows saveas in part model with drawings but not allowing in sheetmetal components with its drawings?

@@prabhu7121974 You open all the part and sheet metal drawing first. Go to saveas and select save a backup.
save it to a new folder, no need to rename any thing. Once this is done, open assembly drawing and take the final backup to the previous folder created by you. This is the the only method Creo has. If you have lots of drawing file, then just record a mapkey for taking a backup and backup will be much easier and faster.
