@@ericmed I believe its the sun which cleared it up elsewhere unfortunately its also somewhere which makes daily sun exposure illegal in most places! UV is apparently a really risky option there too and not recommended. Has yours persisted for 18 years no change?
@@ReallyJustAnotherDay Lately it's more on forearms, armpit area, chest, abdomen which is easier for the sun but to be honest I've been doing a pretty bad job with consistently getting UV

I have lichen nitidus and im still a young how can i remove it? I have on my hands and elbow
is it gone now?
My son was dx with Lichen Nitidus as he was getting lighter spots when he was young and 10 years later and he still has flare up.
It can be a tricky condition to manage, I hope the video has shed a bit more light and understanding on this condition
It's caused by gluten! Tell him to stop eating gluten and watch it go away
