I think Christy Sides is going to turn out into a great coach with time. Caitlin and this team will teach her, and Sides will grow with this team. I think Christy Sides is going to turn out into a great coach with time. Caitlin and this team will teach her, and Sides will grow with this team. I suspect it was an advantage for Caitlin to run into an inexperienced coach. For all the things you feel Sides do wrong at times, I don't think many other coaches would have let her shape how the team plays as much as she has. ...And Caitlin wouldn't have been so special any longer. ESPN and the others would have been "right".

I'd say there is chemistry issues, namely Nalyssa Smith being unhappy and wanting out. I don't think that really means much to the team, but they do have a bit of an issue with Smith. Pretty sure Swoopes is just capitalizing on Nalyssa's outspoken displeasure.
