I put together a stadium thunder with my 3 yearold. Ended with stiches in his chin. He got so excited he ran around and fell flat on his face. It was great to that point.
Cool video. I have a 5 yr old nephew who demands I take him on rc adventures. It really adds to the enjoyment of the hobby, passing it down the line. Cheers, subbed!
I’ve 3D printed some adapters so that this Hobbywing on/off switches fit like a original Tamiya TBLE one for all my hobbywing ESC’s in Tamiya’s As for building, my son started driving with me on local RC tracks since 6y old, now 12. But still doesn’t want to build together
Good call on the 3D printed part. If you have the .stl uploaded somewhere, feel free to reply with a link here. I'll try to remember that the next time I film a Tamiya vid that has one of these issues.

Literally made me LOL. Hope the little one healed up alright!

Thank you so much! Its great to share it with someone.
Amazing build for (and with) your 4 year old 👍
Thank you!
So awesome man… Take plenty of pictures & enjoy every minute, it’s scary how fast they grow up.
Oh man, so true. We were gone for a week on vacation without the kids, and it feels like they grew so much in that one week.
Fishing tackle boxes are great for sorting parts.
This is what I had back in the day, Plano. It was what a lot of people had at the track back then.
@quietrc yep! I still have a 25 year old one when I parking lot raced my AE TC3.

YOUR 4-YEAR-OLD IS SO CUTE
What did he say at the beginning of the video when you were driving the RC
"Daddy, can I drive now?" Actually audio from another clip, but made it work with my Oscar-worthy acting here.
did you custom build your house like a wharehouse - it looks really cool / practical
The outside is called board and batten. Traditional with mid-century modern houses, which is what we were going for.
