- Is back pain keeping you from enjoying everyday activities? Today, Jenny will be guiding you through a few exercises to try help alleviate that nagging back pain. As a good rule of thumb for any exercise, make sure you follow your healthcare providers directives.
If you find these exercises difficult to perform on the floor, you can also try them while in your bed, and if you’d like you can perform these everyday!

I suggest that your black shirt should be in lighter color for more viewing upper exercise.
Black shirt on black mat prevents me from seeing what you are doing when you are lying on the mat.
