It will be very hard to unlock Niko and Claude outfits. Rockstar has introduced a new Career mode only for PS5 and Xbox series S no PC. You have to reach Tier 4 in 20 Areas of Career mode. Basically challenge's on Heists, Missions, Survivals and so on.
To be honest and its not nice to say this but they should of added Niko and Claude because I don't care about the other outfits with GTA+. I would of purchased GTA+ just for these two outfits but to go back and play old modes is a waste of time in my opinion.

No not yet. Just PS5 and I think XBOXSeries X.
I wish they would add these clothes to PC
