My son is gay, and I am a believer. I am a Protestant. I love my son, always did love him, and I’ve never been ashamed of him. When he told me, which I could see was so hard for him, I told him I knew because I did. I wasn’t going to just bring it up. I told him I love him no matter what and it was ok. We are close
I Am 65 Old Gay Man Your Comment Brought A Tear To My Eye. After I Told My Mother. I Was Basically Without A Family.😢 Thank You For The Kind Words You Shared About The Relationship You Have With Your Gay Son. It Gives Me Some Hope In This Could World We Live In Now.
@@delibakerytravel I am so sorry. The thing is, none of us are perfect, we are all just trying to live from one day to the next. I couldn’t imagine turning my back on the children I brought into this world. No matter what, he is my son.
You’re a true Christian then. I’ve seen kids thrown out on the street because of it. I’m so glad your son has such a loving, accepting family.
@@delibakerytravelI’m really sorry, love! No one shouted rejected for being their authentic self. I can’t imagine the pain you’ve endured, especially in more bigoted & ignorant times. I hope you’re now surrounded by people, ones who unconditionally love you for the beautiful, worthwhile person you are! 💕
I was the same way with my daughter, I knew years before she actually told me. When she actually was able to tell me, I said “So what?”.
Margaret & Clifford are incredible for their age, not just physically, but in their wisdom & empathy. I’m so glad they accepted David being gay. That’s pretty extraordinary for religious parents at that time. They’ve been through a lot & I respect them so much. The other couple, where the wife had the DS brother, were amazing too. You just never know what others are going through!
The minister and his lovely wife awwww!,, what a lovely couple
His Welsh accent is, indeed, charming.
The Lord God Almighty bless Clifford and Margaret. They're beautiful Christian parents.
When I heard the gentleman saying he would like to garden; but, no strength, I thought of those who live in apartments and no land. Someone needs to introduce them. Together they could have a wonderful garden.
I’ve never seen this much care in our healthcare system in the US 😢
Are they not admirable ❤
Even allowing for the camera. I agree with you.
I DISAGREE.
THEY SAVED MY LIFE IN TRAUMA UNIT IN AMERICA ❤😮🎉❤
@@bethmcright9731 me, too.
i have in ohio
I'm so sorry for the elderly couple about the loss of their son David 😢 That's horrible. He must have been in so much pain. May he rest in peace 🙏
If the elderly man lived near me, I would volunteer my time and garden plants to help him have a garden, what a lovely couple.😢
What a treasure Clifford is. The world will be a sadder place when he's gone
Clifford is a true welsh man, much respect to him and his lovely wife!
Can relate to Clifford. I fell for an unknown reason and ended up with 3 ankle fractures. That was 6 mo ago and still recovering. Have a bad deformity due to Scoliosis and cannot use crutches. Have to get 4 screws out because my body is rejecting them. Then I can concentrate getting my back somewhat fixed.
I hope that you get better soon. Scoliosis is so hard to deal with, but research is being done and new cures and surgeries are being discovered every day. My friend recently had a new spine put in because of spondylosis. She can walk and do any movement without pain now.
If I lived near Clifford I would help him with his gardening. Greetings from the USA
Good evening from down under
Good evening Kerry. I hope you have a wonderful night 🙂⚘️.
Me too! 🙌
I love this show so much. The personal stories of each family are so heartwarming. Bless them all and bless the lovely people of the NHS.
My sister has cerebral palsey and during childhood I got the same teasing about her. Today as then is my heroine!
I so enjoy the family stories and the emotions laid bare, the closeness and the realization of just how important family supports are..
Good morning from Minnesota America! I Enjoy these programs so much!!

I love how the patients’ life stories are included in this series. How lovely 💜
Good evening 7:23pm from WA! She lost her faith in God, that’s sad. It’s very hard to believe when you loose someone close to you but I pray she’ll get it back
Clifford's wife Margaret is such a Gem...❤
Does anyone know what the final diagnosis was for the painter, Wayne (swollen wrist)? I was thinking maybe it was from overuse, but maybe not with it being "hot for three days." That sounds like an infection of some sort. He needed the MRI, but they never mentioned him again after he was sent home.
I thought the same thing, and I am curious about his diagnosis also.
Good Morning from Northern California USA! I absolutely enjoy this channel so much.
Good morning Banijay, and everyone ❤️🙂⚘️🏥.
Good morning from Los Angeles California..I love this program.
Greetings from Germany 👋
I will never understand, why people ride a push bike without helmet. 😖
Or anything else 9:25
So sorry for David and his family
Why no helmet? Its heavily policed here in Australia.
The man should have been wearing a helmet. Here in Canada we have to wear helmets as well. Most that don't wear helmets think they will never have an accident till they do. I hope you have a fantastic day Steve 🙂⚘️.
Sadly it is not compulsory in the UK it is advised but there is resistance by a large % of people to having helmets enforced. For decades people didnt wear them and they feel why now. Crazy but some people minds cant be changed.
He was on a bicycle not a motorcycle.
“Heavily” …in my town they’re way too busy chasing the children stealing cars and vandalising literally everything, to worry about cyclists in helmets.
The majority of people in the US don’t wear helmets on bikes and only on motorcycles in the 20 states that are mandatory.
Thanks for sharing and posting from Ontario. It's a quick reminder that life is precious and one should treat it as such
Good morning everyone! From central Florida USA🇺🇸
The blood is usually still there when the patient is discharged.
Exceptional people in this episode.
Love this show! Watching from Texas! 😁
Thank you for sharing this show I enjoy them very much
What a beautiful show and an eye opener to all of us. Love watching this program.
Awesome episode. Have a great day ❤️🙂⚘️🏥.
Love this. From Southern California USA
Cliff is a sweetie.
Forgot to mention that I'm watching from Cape Town S A.
one thing I've learned from watching this series is NOT to ride a bike in the UK
That's for sure. Idk what's going on over there but man. It's like life or death activity there.
I think it's just London, not the entire UK. London has very heavy traffic.
Or any other city.
Hi I'm from Boston and in some areas of Boston like New Hampshire you don't have to wear a helmet but some do always wear a helmet in leominster Mass
the show is amazing !
Wait, what happened to Wayne’s arm?
Has to use his left hand now!
I can’t get over how many cyclists get hit by cars 🚗
My husband’s been hit three times, my brother twice, and a friend was almost killed.
I'm very lucky to live in NJ. We have some amazing hospitals with really dedicated and caring doctors, nurses, social workers and general staff. I dont think people in our area truly realized how fortunate we are until big rona hit us at full speed in 2020.
No helmet...how bloody ridiculous!
Not the point to judge..
In my state in the US only time you have to have on on is the 1st yr after that up to u but how people drive I always gonna have mine on
Awww clifford
Harsha is a very compassionate Doctor and a very beautiful woman!
In half the Canadian provinces bicycle helmets are mandatory and in another three mandatory for minors. This is not nanny-stating: it's an acknowledgement that accidents involving those who don't wear them put a huge strain on the health-care budget. (Quite apart from the individual non-financial cost to patients and their families.)
In the US you can ride a motorcycle without a helmet, seriously crazy.
I cycle, wearing a helmet is like wearing a seatbelt, it is automatic for me. I have been almost hit countless times and taken falls. I could not imagine riding without a helmet and gloves
John is a champ!
I’m sorry that you had to loose two of your children! I pray that you don’t loose your faith.
John 5:28, 29
9:40 Nice that there’s that many staff members in one place. I’ve rarely seen that in the U.S.
20:36 This couple reminds me of my parents when before my father passed. 😢
Awe bless them all..... Prayers that they have recovered..... The faith in God is the only solice ..... And that they are waiting to be reunited.... ❤❤❤❤❤
Howdy from North Carolina!
Hi back! Also from NC!
I really like this program put I'm sorry I can't stand the beeping between scenes.
Watching from Georgia 9:59
So sorry about ur son and daughter
I had a grandson that is now my granddaughter. I love her unconditionally. I called her one day and during our conversation I asked if she felt that way for a long time. She said things about her childhood finally made sense. I had just had a grandmother necklace made so had to change the charm from a boy to a girl. I can't change the bracelet I have because the names are etched into it and it wasn't cheap. I don't wear it because now the name is wrong. She's worth it! I love all my grandkids and nothing will change that. I have a friend from high school and her ex-husband said that if any of his kids came out as gay, they will no longer be his child. That really upset me. I've lost touch with them but will have to see if any of their kids are gay. I pray that if they are, he didn't really disown them.
America Has Wonderful Trauma Units❤❤❤
THEY SAVED MY LIFE ❤😊🎉
But are they free
Hello Donna!
Hello Corvettes. I hope you have a great day 🙂⚘️.
We need more shows like this USA and Canada needs a health system like this
These programs are old and don't reflect the current crisis. The NHS is staggering from lack of doctors, inadequate funding, and the huge number of people who are fat and sick because of terrible diets, alcohol, lack of exercise, an insane number of traffic accidents, etc. People are dying waiting for emergency care and cancer treatments. Ambulances can't keep up. The Canadian system is similarly stressed but not as bad (yet). Still, at least nobody goes bankrupt in either country paying for treatment, unlike the situation in the U.S.
We are fine in Canada compared to others. The NHS is in rough shape but noTHING LIKE THE u.S.
@@sarahsnowe The US healthcare system stinks. You pay for health insurance but it doesn't cover much and the deductibles are very high (amount you pay for care before the insurance kicks in). Office visits are expensive and forget about tests....CT scans etc, still thousands with insurance. Can't afford medications and if you get sick, good luck in keep your job.
Covered in blood ? He has some blood on his face!
Finnś wife😊you al are a good team kind❤️
My heart breaks for Margaret & Clifford. I also lost a son to suicide and now my other son is fighting a cancer that has no cure . Praying for a miracle for him. So I know their pain . 💔 I have no other children and scared to death of losing him too. They lost their daughter to cancer. I only hope I don't out live my son because he's all I have left other than a brother and a couple good friends. Life is so full of pain. But no pain greater than losing a child except for losing them all. Losing a child to suicide is a whole other level of devastation. So many emotions to deal with like anger , guilt and shame for some parents. You just want to die . But Jesus got me to where I am today ! Always pray for all the lost , hurting parents out there just trying to survive , for everyday is another day trying to survive . Thank you Jesus for walking with me on this journey.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Darling woman who lost two children, please listen to me.
God has his reason for taking your children. He loves you.
Please consider believing in him again.
Your children want you to.🙏❤️
You will find out the reason when you meet him in heaven.
The God of Heaven, DID NOT take her children. That's a lie of Satan. 1John 5:19
Dear Lady, it's not religion that sustains you, it's not the rock you build your faith on. Jesus Christ is your Savior and where your faith should be. In His care and the care of your Father in Heaven is always there if you look and Believe. Don't give up on them, the Savior's hand is extended still. This life is for testing and trying, don't throw your faith away on earthly trials. You will see your children again. Hold too your faith dear Sister.
@@snahg2356. Do not throw your faith away on an earthly trial. This is the best way I’ve ever heard it put. Some things are just not meant for us to know down here, but God will make it known to us in Heaven. He would love to make it known to us the how and why of everything but he just wants us to TRUST AND OBEY HIM. At the right time he will make it known to us and sometimes we find out the why a few years down the road. Who knows? Maybe he takes them on because there is something going to happen to them down the road that would cause them great physical or mental pain. God always has our best interests at heart and he’s always going to be with us through thick or thin. He said he would never leave us and he won’t.
Oh my,that poor lady and husband that lost their grown children, how awful…. My heart goes out to them ♥️🙏🇨🇦
NEVER cycle or board without a helmet.
Did the man who had the motorcycle accident have Downs Syndrome?! At the end of the video I didn’t see any traits of Downs. He didn’t have the flattened nose and face nor the eyes having only one lid? Maybe I misheard his sister say that?
Too many cyclists think they are invincible and do not need to wear a helmet! Death wish.
This definitely isn’t like any hospital In Canada 🤦♀️
I can’t stand staring. Our mom taught us not to stare at people.
Gay people are the nicest and most understandable people.
Nope motorbikes scares me
🙏😇🙋🏻♀️🫶
Dr Harsha is STUNNING n very kind.
Being a Jew I get discrimination. Now……more than ever.
I am so sorry! Discrimination is horrible...none of us chose our parents or our race. People need to learn to see with their heart, not their eyes!
@@katemurphy5773 Amein 🙏
Helmets should be compulsory
There are no gods. It's ok. hold on to each other and if you need help, reach out to the community. Hopefully you will have already connected with your community but don't ignore them. Most of them will help.
Thanks again! I love your channel. Watching from the U.S.
The first nurse is beautiful and smart however, it’s difficult to understand what she is saying.🙁
I think she's a doctor, Harsha.
The mother and daughter crying in front of someone who is in that condition is not helpful. Talking about the fact that he's covered in so much blood and all that, not helpful. Clueless.
Yea bc it's super easy for them not to have any emotions in that time. Your the clueless one. Have some empathy Jesus
@@ryancionka262 The problem isn't their lack of emotion, it's that all of their emotions are about them. If they'd had more empathy, they wouldn't have made it all about them and instead would have done whatever was necessary to give him comfort. Exclaiming that he was covered in blood wasn't it. I've been a nurse. I've seen all of the reactions. Most people do not react to someone else being gravely ill by making it all about themselves. They really don't. They monitor their own reactions and think about comforting their loved one. I'm far from clueless, I'm just more informed than you.
The young gay nurse who was driven to suicide seems to have received no medical attention beyond being diagnosed with a back problem. Was there no specific damage identified or surgical intervention available? This doesn't speak well of the socialized medicine this TV series is intended to promote.
OH' MOM ' YOU ARE A STRONG WOMAN' GAY MAN MOM', DAUGHTER DIE' OF CANCER' YOU HAD BAD' ROCKS THREW AT YOU', MOM' YOU ARE STRONG,,
