@thediviner41954 High speed synchronization can be achieved with the flash?s standard 4- AA batteries. However, you can use either the Canon CP-E4, Bolt, or Quantum battery packs to aid in reducing recycle time. These options would provide longer shooting capacity while assisting with reducing recycle time between shots. Recommended options are listed under the Accessories tab on our website.
