I had been a fan of the band and Sharleen since I was 13 years old. Incredible how fast the time is. I'm 37 years old now and would bee 38 three days before Sharleen's 56th birthday. And I still remember the day I became a fan of the band and Sharleen like it was yesterday.

Classic sounding Texas. Very evocative of "Halo" and that era! Very wistful sounding lyrics as well: "I taught you how to laugh and cry / Taught you how to say goodbye".

I've always liked what little I've heard from Texas but for some reason my music collection contains nothing from this band. I have no real idea why. But there's a joy to watching a much older Sharleen Spiteri- doing something that she loves doing. Long may that continue. This brought me such unexpected pleasure this afternoon.
