- These cinnamon rolls went viral for a reason. They are so yummy!
You need
2 cans of cinnamon rolls
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 stick of butter, melted (In the video I said a whole stick but it is just 1/2 a stick!)
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spray a 13x9 pan. Place all of the cinnamon rolls in your pan. Pour the heavy cream around the cinnamon rolls.
Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over the cinnamon rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. Once they are done take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Top them with the frosting that came in the can.
Enoy!
It’s better if you allow the rolls to rise for 30-40 minutes prior to the cream, I add the brown sugar and butter with the rising. They get fluffier.
You mean bake them
Or let them sit out
@@KarlainChristlet them sit out at room temperature so the dough can rise let them sit for about 30 minutes
I can tell you this they are fabulous! I made these for my 6 year old granddaughter. She fell in love with them! She wants it 2 times a day. And the trick is to make sure you keep all that extra goop from the sugar with them muffins in the storage container. I put one bun into the microwave for 6 seconds. It warms the muffin and the sauce just gets it all gooey. She loves it.
I made that brand (from Aldi) yesterday & added vanilla coffee creamer & they are AMAZING!!! IDK why the creamer makes them taste so kuch better, but they're addicting!! I want to add cinnamon apples to them next time.
Prob becasue there’s hella sugar and vanilla in it? Lol
Omg! What a great idea for the coming fall season. Apple with pastries is my favorite!
I'm glad you made these with another brand other than the Pillsbury Grands because for some silly reason I didn't think it would work the same. 😅
When this method came out, I bought the frozen rolls from Walmart and let them rise and made them this way (did 3 trays) for a dinner dessert and my guests asked took the leftovers in my take-out containers to have them at home! My daughter are 5 because she couldn’t stop!
I’m gonna try this method with monkey bread
This is the way my family likes the cinnamon rolls now. Thank you for sharing.
How did the Monkey bread go with it?
I use Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls. Same method, just let them thaw overnight in fridge, set out on counter in the morning until they double in size. Bake covered at 325° for 40-45 minutes.
I just made these thank you 💕 my son thought you were me recording so funny then I re-watched the video and I thought wait a minute... We sound almost identical on video 🫶
I made theses the other day and they are additive❗️❗️❗️❗️ Absolutely AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS ❣️❣️❣️😋
Definitely trying these soon.
I love how in all these videos everyone is forgetting the salt
The cinnamon roll and butter is salty enough.
They are amazing with half and half that's how I do it!
I have some sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, do you think either of those would work or maybe a combo of the two?
Would be tastier with a can of cream cheese frosting.
I mix the icing with whipped cream cheese. It makes a delicious and not-too-sweet topping.
@@pettytoni1955That sounds good. How much whipped cream cheese do you use?
@@Pez2176I like half whipped cream cheese mixed with half icing. My mom likes 1/3 to 2/3 ratio. The exact amount depends on how many cinnamon rolls you are making.
My mom has been making something similar to this for the last 35+ years…soooo tasty!
What does she do differently?
She mixes the heavy cream and brown sugar together and pours it in the bottom of the pan and then puts her cinnamon rolls on top…so not too different 😊
I just made these today.
Looks delicious!!!!!!
These are amazing but if you do less in the pan they get bigger and fluffy and I don’t cover mine they don’t burn.
That's good to know! Thank you!
Making them now & ive added lots of chopped pecans to the brown sugar , butter & cinnamon for once they are out of oven. Im using a toaster oven because my stove died...😢
This method seems to be the "rage" now!
They are delicious 🤤
Yep. Those look good.
I’m cooking these now 😩
I just made them and after 30 minutes they came out swimming in all this liquid. Didn't look at all appetizing so I took the foil off and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes. I was trying to soak up all the liquid. They came out ok, but if I try them again, I'll use the Rhodes brand. I hate to waste the money, but I really want to see if I can get them to look like all the videos.
Addl info. After reading all the comments I pulled the cans out of the garbage AND I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE, I GOT REGULAR SIZE ROLLS AND NOT THE GRAND SIZE. So this was my fault .Always buy GRAND SIZE . After they cooled off we tried them and they were delicious. Tip: pays to read correctly.
Are they very much different from the way the cinnamon rolls come out normally? I typically don't eat cinnamon rolls so I guess I don't know what I'm expecting😅 is it that they come out just like cinnamon rolls from the mall? As opposed to the paperweights when you make them at home? Lol You can tell I don't really like cinnamon rolls :-)
My one son loves cinnamon rolls and I'm wondering if I should make this, I just don't want to be stuck making it all the time lol. I also noticed in another video people said you have to add extra salt to bring out the flavor, that was a key part of it! Thoughts?
You’re supposed to use the Grands brand when doing this. Just fyi for ppl that are gonna attempt to make this. The grands swell up like 3x in size when adding the heavy whipping cream. Get grands. ❤
100% agree. I only use Grands
YES!
Thanks 🥰
This is cool
I put powder sugar over mine as well 😜😁
I’ve tried two variations of these with the Cinnabon creamer and then a version with the heavy cream.. I’m probably the only one who isn’t ga ga over these because I was not impressed
With wet whipping cream you don't need to grease pan.
She forgot to add 1/8 tsp. of salt to butter mixture.
It taste better if you use Italian Sweet Cream creamer and peacans
Can i have a completed rezept?
YUM 😋 MEE‼️
Would condensed milk be good replace ment?
I have never tried that. It might make them SUPER sweet. I'm not sure.
I did it! Condensed milk worked great! NOT sweetened condensed, just regular.
@@kevinewing-oo8ix could I do half sweetened condensed milk and half evaporated milk? The little store in my town doesn't have whipping cream.
Mrs Kevin actually. Lol. I think so. I live off grid. I can't get to the store till June. I don't have cream. I was brave and tried evaporated milk. It worked great . If you used some of that and some sweetened condensed, it would just be sweeter. Or all swt condensed. Sweeter. Maybe you would just not need Icing . Be brave 😁 see if you like it. It won't be terrible. The liquid just adds moisture. Swt cond. Not very thin. May caramelize a bit. ...yum. Any way, just some thoughts. Good luck. Have fun. Just do it 😄
If one needs to gain weight this will be a helpfull tool LOL
Clik*Clok cinamon rolls❤❤
I kicked up mine with some Bacon on top
You're supposed to use Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon rolls
I tried this recipe and it came out soggy it did not cook well. I use the correct amount of butter. I use Pillsberry crescent rolls two packages and they came out like mush? I wouldn’t recommend this recipe.
Crescent rolls or cinammon rolls? The crescent rolls wouldn't seem to hold well anyway.
Like someone else mentioned, perhaps it’s because you used crescent rolls instead of cinnamon rolls. The crescent rolls are supposed to be light and flaky...
There are other hacks you can do with crescent rolls that are equally as delicious and cinnamon-y
Hope that helps ❤
I made these myself with cinnamon rolls with two variations with the Cinnabon creamer and one with heavy cream. I wasn’t impressed either. I don’t know what the big deal is honestly
you forgot the vanilla
Recorded vertically:/
Can u use regular milk instead of heavy cream
Won’t taste the same. Whipping cream has a LOT more fat, which is why they taste so much better.

Add pecans!!!
You guys, don't use phillsbury rolls... nasty as hell
Imagine using premade cinnamon rolls… your making nothing
What was the brand of cinnamon rolls? I'm used to Pillsbury.
She used an off brand (cheaper).
Seen this a million times. SMH
Don’t put them so close together.. they will be bigger.
