Delhi is having separate high court as well as it is a guardian of indian citizen which is good because indian poeple fundamental right violates which i have seen it but people dont know about the petition that can be applied by individual to whom fundamental have vioalated they need feel the petion in supreme court and the High court which is highest appeal
