16:30 correction. HC's Supervisory jurisdiction extends to all Courts and Tribunals except Court Martial(~Military court/tribunal).
Sir mentions that it does not extend to Court martial and TRIBUNAL.

Original jurisdiction: revenue, state election disputes, marriage, contempt of court, f.r., transferred cases. If the cases are important. First session courts for criminal cases, then.
Writs: hebeas corpus: unlawful detention fr.
Mandamus: against public officials who failed to perform.
Prohibition: against a lower court from exceeding or usurping a jurisdiction that it doesn't possess.
Certiorari: higher court issues for lower court either to take their pending case, squash their order, excess or lack of jurisdiction or error of law of mistakes in the judiciary.
Appellate jurisdiction: review judgement of other courts, give it against other courts when one is not satisfied, it can be question of fact: on a provision ( in the first appeal subordinate to direct higher court against them), second appeal to from subordinate to district to high court but here only Question of law: dispute or problem about the law or the provision, like if it's against natural justice or on unfairness. (On civil issues)
Civil j: judgement of district c
Criminal j: session court then, more than 7years or death sentence judgements have to go to review for H.C.
Quo-Warranto: to prevent illegal usurpation of a public office by a person.
Supervisory j: on maintaining records, prescribing rules for holding proceedings, fees of the sherif, clerk, officer and legal practitioner.
*If against the judgement of administrative tribunals first you have to go to H.C. then S.C.
1976 AA curtailed Judicial Review of H.C.
1977 AA gave it back
