Namaste madam ......artical 50 (separation of judiciary from executive) says this ....and In deciding the age of judges /removing,allocating salaries(Consolidate fund of india (article 266).....is in the hands of parliament ) of judges ,everything is under executives hand ...then how we can say judiciary is independent....?
