      En general, todo ejercicio de impacto moderado a alto, aumenta todo el metabolismo, la generación de hormonas entre ellas la testosterona y todas las demás. Por eso los deportistas tienen generalmente un buen desempeño sexual porque mantienen la máquina humana en condiciones adecuadas por el entrenamiento permanente

    Начал делать первые упражнения и почувствовал всю нагрузку на поясницу и позвоночник , а не на таз и бедра.Разве это может повлиять на потенцию !? Начались боли в пояснице.

      Когда уже люди начнут думать, на каждую херню реагируют. Никакие упражнения никогда не помогут, если допустим сосуды забиты или нарушения со стороны нервной системы. Данное упражнение для штангистов и борцов.

    I just finished leg day at the gym and I thought, might as well give this a try. Well unfortunately I never made it passed the first set. Maybe later on today. 🤦‍♂️

      Cualquier ejercicio que realices:. Es mejor hacerlo lento, para que sientas la contractura muscular y su proceso de relajación (ayuda a desarrollar masa muscular).
      Si lo haces rápido es menos efectivo.

      El ejercicio de fuerza y potencia siempre funciona. Finalmente esos ejercicios son otra modalidad de entrenar miembros sup., Miembros inf. Y core.
      Al final del día se hace un estímuloetabolico muy importante al hacer ejercicio en escala moderada a fuerte, porque se estimula el metabolismo, la producción de todas las hormonas incluida la testosterona que es el eje de la respuesta sexual en el hombre y claro que hay que sentir ganas de hacerlo y querer, con la pareja que tenga, además de tener empatía en esa parte de la vida. Pero si además le agrega la pastilla azul o la rosada, también estará mejor.

    a maioria das mulheres e eu me incluo entre elas, não liga para tamanho e sim para grossura do cacete, dá muito mais prazer, meu namorado tinha um pau pequeno e fino mas conseguiu tratar e hoje eu ando de cavalo com prazer 😊.
