I am thrilled. Thank you so much for sharing English Paper Piecing Made Modern. Your videos are great, not just the one about my product. You showed me ways to use the product that I had not even considered.
This was a great demonstration on this paper piercing. I am new to this, so every short cut I can get is great. Thanks for sharing your video with all of us. Love your channel. ❤️
Im a bit obsessed with EPP atm so found this vid very interesting, not least because i haven't seen you for months Matthew. Looking forward to many more now you're appearing on my desktop. ❤❤
I don’t generally EPP (or hand bind) because of rheumatoid arthritis, but sewing the bigger hexies together this way might be fun on my machine. I have the Accuquilt hexies die. This should be an ideal combo! Thanks, Mr. D!
Cate Doss I have RA as well and found that EPP actually helps mine. At first my hands, fingers, and wrists were pretty sore for a couple days, but I think the exercise has really helped. I know everyone is different with RA symptoms and severity but just thought I would share that if you can make it past the initial stiffness it may help
Well I hope happy, I sit night after night sewing tiny bits of fabric together til my eyes bleed and my fingers cramp!, love your videos, but I cant find many tutorials on how to quilt the finished piecing either by hand or machine, any advice or a vid would be helpfull.. thankyou..
I I love your videos but I like the iron on hexies. You don’t have pull the hexies out. But, I have never seen anyone not baste somehow so that was the real learning experience for me. I can do this with my iron ones!!!
Inspiring! I have downloaded a number of your videos as English Paper Piecing and the Scandinavian stuff looks way easier to put down and pick up with a Toddler at home. My Tatted lace stuff always looks like a "hot mess" when I have to chase baby Grrl
Love this demo! You seem (seam?) to be able to figure out and explain complicated techniques with aplomb, have you ever attempted a Cleopatra's Fan block? I love that pattern and would like to try it but would love a Mr. Domestic take on it.
My concern is piercing the paper, I thought of the same thing using card stock...with arthritis it's important to be able to have the machine option as well, thanks!
You don't have to precision cut the seam allowance, that is what makes it so easy as the accuracy comes with the paper centre. I wanted to see more of the top side!
When I see this all these special products add nothing to the time you spend on making EPP. I find all these glue sticks and selfadhesive papers as timeconsuming as the traditionel methods. The only speed up thing that is really helpful is buying precut papers.

So happy we could work together to share innovative quilting products.
Fiskars makes 1 1/2 and 2 in hexagon hole punches. If you like hexagon work, you may prefer these hole punches to lots and lots of precise cutting.
Thank you for filming this Mr. Domestic! I've watched multiple videos about this very subject and I get lost watching them.
You always put a smile on my face i look forward. To your shows. For both entertainment and learning

Boom Boom shake the room!! Those are awesome!! Just ordered and can't wait to try these! Thank you!!
I am addicted to making hexies. But I hand quilt it completely, but it was fun watching you machine sew them.
I have never done paper piecing, but now I want to try it. Thank you
I love the sewing machine option on larger Hexis. I do EPP evenings (on 1” hexis) to have hand work while I watch tv.
